I can't in all good conscience give them a star, but i am unable to post with no stars - but we will never go there again . I have worked retail for 20+ years and have never heard a place treat their customer with no respect like this place did. This was all at the outlet in north Red Deer Alberta (6880 50 ave). Our order was messed up by the woman at the front, it was not read back to us once the order was placed, and no - we did not read it on the display as we were in a hurry to get home and eat. When we got home, my husband and son had to go back to have the order corrected. Hubby was told that the order was correct (she wanted to argue with him even though our son heard the order as it was placed as well) plus the fries were completely missing, and one of the sandwiches was totally wrong. The girl (a different one) at the counter argued with hubby over the order, plus charged him extra for the right sandwich (it was more money on the menu) even though by the time all was said and done, the milkshakes were melted to a flavored milk drink (rather than a shake) and the rest of the food was ice cold by the time we got home (a ten minute drive each way). Eating out is expensive enough never mind having to spend double the gas money AND getting argued with when things get missed and screwed up when you go back to get it corrected. The family is disappointed, and I am angry that this has happened. As I stated, we will not be going back. Obviously this outlet is not looking out for the customer interests - they are just after the almighty dollar!

Read moreI was on my way from Calgary to Edmonton when I stopped for dinner at the Arby’s in Red Deer. Upon entering I was surprised at how remarkably clean and modern the interior of the restaurant was. I had recently heard about a secret menu item called the “Meat Mountain” and wanted to try it myself. Safe to say it was the Best $15.00 I have ever spent on a sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was the most beautifully assembled stack of meat. I had excellent service from the manager Mercy who was very accommodating with my large order. We're not talking big numbers here, but when an order calls for 3 items to be put in a bag, don't send the bag with 2 items. After all, how can one enjoy their mediocre beef sandwich without the ordered fries on the side. So I gave you a second chance. A simple beef sandwich, fries, drink and horsey sauce. To my crushing disappointment, no sauce. The Horsey sauce wakes up the curly fries, everyone knows this! Now these fries go down as a bland crunchy disappointment. Try harder. These cows died for your sandwiches and your staff are allowing this beef to die in vain. You won't be disappointing...
