I hate giving poor reviews but it is better to be honest. I don’t want to be mean just objective in my experience.

Pros- excellent price. 3 piece meal only $12.95, served very hot, the restaurant was very clean inside and counter person was very nice. Great vibe.

Cons- 5 stars lost because of problems with food quality and taste. The food was served very hot and looked delicious, however it was not delicious. The gravy was very lumpy and had a strange taste. Maybe even old and went off.

Chicken- I was driving so grabbed a drum stick and took a couple of bites and noticed a slightly sourish flavour. I passed it to my wife to check and I tried a piece of the thigh which tasted better. My wife tasted the drumstick and found it funky as well. We can only speculate that this piece of chicken went bad.

The other negative I noticed about the flavour was the taste of the oil used. The oily aftertaste would have been ok if it tasted good, but again something tasted a bit off and it was overwhelming.

The 3rd thing in the meal is the fries. The fries tasted freezer burned and old. They had a terrible texture with stale taste. In my opinion they tasted old and sitting in the freezer too long. They were not edible either.

I consumed half a drumstick and within 20 minutes I was feeling nauseous and had a slight headache. It was symptoms of food borne disease in my opinion from the food.

In conclusion, all 3 items were not served fresh and although looked good, missed the mark for flavour and freshness of the ingredients used. For this reason I give this place 1 star and hope that the management can look at this feedback objectively and check their stock. Myself, and a group of 10 attended a comedy show featuring Ron Josol recently. I arrived first and sat at the table reserved for our group for 20 minutes and was not approached. I got up and caught the attention of a server who had just taken orders from 2 other tables, (the only 2 other tables with customers) who arrived AFTER I did. He apologized and I shrugged it off. He brought me rhe ginger ale I ordered shortly after and I ordered some appetizers for myself. As others arrived in my party, nobody was approaching to take drink or food orders, and the appetizers I ordered still hadn't been served? 40 mins after I ordered them, (just chicken wings and fries) they arrived. As our table filled, still nobody had come by. I had to talk to the gentleman on the mic, (he was promoter of the comedy event) and have him actually announce that a table of 10 had been in the building for an hour and had not had a server come by!! Even then, it was another 15 minutes when someone came by. We expressed our displeasure with the service to which she said that she didn't work there and was just helping out. All in all, Clint Worke (rhe promoter) was very accommodating and apologetic. But it literally took in excess of 90 mins to get drinks every time we ordered. Also over an hour to get our food. First time here, took my kids for Karaoke. We had a blast! We stayed until 12:30am in a Saturday night and there wasn't a huge crowd. We ordered pizza and a salad. The 2 for 1 pizza is only for take out which was disappointing because 1 regular cheese/pepperoni pizza was 30 dollars and there were 6 of us. I had a salad and it was 20 bucks, not really worth it as it was a super basic chef salad with a weird dressing on it. BUT karaoke was a BLAST!! Because there wasn't a ton of people in there we got towing quite a bit compared to other karaoke nights I've gone to. It was a bit irritating that the karaoke host kept taking a turn even though there were plenty of guests who wanted to sing and were in the queue. Which was cool because they did the karaoke electronically with a QR code that let us pick our song and put our names in. He didn't allow doubles which I totally understand, but sometimes our group had 1 person who wanted to sing with another person and then the next song was with 2bdifferent people and he wouldn't let us do that. Or if our group, even if they were completely different people, because we were at the same table, he'd skip over us and come back to us later, but it's not a huge deal.
