Dino's 2 for 1 Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Red Deer

my 7 and 10 year old orderd a small pizza from here with my permission while i was in the shower, when the delievery guy arrived he gave the pizza and took there 20$ and just left didn’t give any change ask about a tip nothing. when we had called to complain he then came back to give the change back and by this point we didn’t even want the pizza anymore due to not wanting to support the worker taking advantage of young kids money. the deliver man and the person who answered the phone at dino’s both said well what would you like us to do about the pizza just keep it and get your change back and you don’t ever have to order from here again. i then asked to speak to a manager and they told me to call back tomorrow evening. they take advantage of young kids money and don’t care to have good customer service and are rude to customers. will never order from here again and will be letting everyone know how horrible this place is. talked to the manager who also said he was the owner and he also proceeded to yell at me and say it was my own fault. every time i come to this page they take down bad reviews and only leave the good ones. they took this one down so i made another and i came back and this one was up but my other one wasn’t? shady shady business. would rate negative...

My first visit to Dino's. I hadn't eaten much all day, it was 8pm, and I was craving a caesar salad. I've heard positive things about the food here, and ordered a chicken caesar salad for take out.

I got the salad and left. When I later opened the bag, unfortunately no utensils or napkins had been included so it was an adventure of eating salad with my fingers. Fortunately, hand sanitizer abounds at the moment!

I took my first bite of lettuce; it was well seasoned with parm cheese, and the chicken had flavourful seasonings; the lettuce was unusually dry. I took another bite and then checked the carton - sure enough, no caesar dressing. Pretty disappointed as I had so looked forward to that delicious caesar dressing flavour exploding in my mouth. I was already 20 minutes down the road and couldn't go back for the dressing, so I ate a few more bites, and tucked the food away for the next day's lunch.

Next day, I dug some caesar dressing out of the fridge and tucked into the salad - the chicken was still flavourful, but I recommend eating it fresh and hot - it's even tastier.

I might give Dino's another try some day (I'd like to try their caesar dressing), but before I leave, I'll be doing a food, utensil, and...

To start, this is a medium? I called and ordered (painfully I might add) one medium pizza and a Caesar salad. I called at 3:45 on a Thursday afternoon and after waiting for an hour for my delivery I called to find out what was going on. The woman on the phone argued with me that it wasn’t an hour (I checked my phone) then I said she might as well cancel it because it’s ridiculous and she said no he will be there any minute. She talked over me and did not care what I had to say. When the delivery driver finally showed up he just told me my total.
