Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Red Deer

I use to work at pango delivering pizza . Panago used to be my one and only pizza I’d eat. But ever since this new one opened up on the south side, I probably won’t ever eat panago again. I’ve tried to give them 3 chances because I love them so much. But the pizza is rarely consistent. And this time my last order, the crust was cooked, and then it was just dough. The rest of the pizza part was just raw dough. In my eyes. So I called for a refund and they sent another assuring me it would be less sauce and well done. Well it wasn’t. It was the same. MAYBE slightly less doughy because they made the pizza thinner. Am I missing something? Have I just forgot what pizza is? Is it suppose to feel like your just eating chewy dough? I had one piece of the new one and doubt me and my daughter will touch the rest of an xl pizza that I wanted...

Was so excited to see p a n a g o back again in red deer, used to be our go-to. The fellow taking my order didn't seem to speak English very well and despite taking 15 minutes to place at two pizza and two cheesy bread order you still got one of the pizzas wrong, when I brought it to the owners attention she kindly refunded my money for the wrong pizza...However the other Pizza and one of the cheesy breads were unedible, none of my family enjoyed it, probably could have added more sauce, cheese and toppings. When I showed the owner the uneaten Pizza and cheesy bread she said that's how they make it, I like it or not. On the plus side nice that they now have vegan cheese options but they are very very frugal with the cheese topping and sauce tasted differently...

My husband and I are from British Columbia so we grew up eating panago and decided to go for their wings, pizza & cheesy bread tonight. Upon arrival when I tried to pull into the parking spot outside of the panago, the co-workers were playing some kind of handball game in the parking lot and one of the workers stood in the parking spot and did not let me park and they were staring at us like they wanted to fight us it seemed like they had hostility in their eyes, so we felt uncomfortable and didn't want to give our business, and we felt like it was really unprofessional for them to both be outside playing some kind of game and blocking us from parking and staring, so we left and went somewhere else, we were going to have a...
