Terrible customer service from “Nadine”. Nice customer service from the friendly man. It was 2:00 am, I was in a good mood & had it completely ruined from the lady working. I walked in with a smile & it was the lady only up front at the till, she did not acknowledge me or look up for 3 minutes while I was right in front of her. When she looked up, all i was greeted with was “what do you want” in a very rude tone. I then answered with “You cannot greet a customer?” then she rolled her eyes with no response. She walked to the back & I was served by the other friendly guy working. She made my experience terrible & i’m sure she did ruin a whole lot of other moods tonight. I am understanding of the stress of night shift, but you are being paid to work in customer service. If you can’t do the least & treat a paying customer nicely go work elsewhere. Terrible experience because of the way she treated me. February 23rd, Friday morning @ 2:00.

Read moreThe food is average for a subway, it's fine. Employees are pretty "meh" most of the time, not a huge deal for me. What DOES bother me is the passive aggressive signs I saw posted today, June 4th, for employees from the owner "Cathy" blaming them for the store losing money because of portion sizes. "Make sure you don't over fill scoops of rotisserie and teriyaki chicken, the store is losing money. Only 6 pieces of cucumbers, pickles, ect. Per foot long sandwiches" and 2 others I could see from the counter. One saying something about the pan they use for the toaster and another one about using too much paper towel. There are so many subways in town, I won't be going back to this location or others owned by "Cathy" until she can stop blaming her minimum wage service industry employees for her business loosing money. Read moreI had ordered online on the subway app and made a mistake on the order, so i went in just to let the workers know, no biggie. When i walked in the cashier whose name was Nadine didn't even acknowledge me as she was busy dealing with receipts, when she looked up she stared at me and i was greeted with “what do you want” in a gross tone, i let her know that i wanted to correct my order that i had just placed online , and she says “well i literally just received the order so..” in a nasty tone aswell. She then rolled her eyes and turned away and went into the back where the other employee greeted me and made our food and never came out again.
