Pita Pit — Restaurant in Red Deer

I used to love Pita pit but I hadn’t had it in over 10 years. I decided to treat myself and ordered a ham pita. It was nothing like I remember. I got two incredibly small slices of ham. I ordered extra cheese and got a teaspoon of cheese and then she added one more. I couldn’t taste it at all. I also asked for spinach and the lady put a big handful of it on my pita. I tasted nothing but that spinach. I can only surmise that she put that amount on to cover the fact that it had such a small amount of cheese and meat. It was almost $20. I don’t eat out a lot and I was very disappointed...

A while ago, I went in with two $25 gift cards and went to use one. The two ladies there did not know how to use them. They swiped one and tried again. They still could not figure it out. They then asked to try the other one and figured it out eventually. A few weeks later when I went to use the second card at another location, they told me it was empty. The lack of knowledge from the workers here cleared off one of my cards while trying to get them to work. And I checked both cards prior to that first visit to make sure they were full....

My daughter and I were looking for a healthier alternative for lunch and I'm so glad we chose Pita Pit.

The strawberry 🍓and banana 🍌smoothies were delicious.

For lunch we both had whole wheat grilled chicken and bacon pitas. Everything was so fresh, large portions, with your choices of sauces, cheeses, spices and veggies. They were VERY filling and soon good!

Each time I have gone into this location, I have always received excellent, friendly customer service. This was money well spent and I highly recommend...
