Taco Bell — Restaurant in Red Deer

We don't have a local Taco Bell so this was supposed to be a treat. We ordered our food .. We had a couple combo meals and Doritos taco meal They hand us one bag....and off we went

It was at this point, as I looked in the bag at all these mini wrapped 🫔 and 🌮 we realized we did not know what belonged to who's meal, or even what each was..

We ordered the food... But as it was not clearly marked on what food went where, with who's combo.. Without the photos, we had no idea..

The only thing we did know was the red shells were Doritos..

So food was just handed out.. one eats slower... And by the time she got to her meal.. and unwrapped what looked identical to the beef taco... ( They were both in same wrapper titled taco) ... She was highly disappointed to see .....chicken. A meat she does not enjoy.

Why is it so hard to write on wrapper The number of the combo it belongs to??

Stop thinking everyone works there and just knows.

And it would not kill to have customer service where when someone uses a coupon, if you are going to upsale a side salad...inform them ONLY one side is included .

That poor elderly lady...who was so rudely treated ( which is why I am blunt this time)

You were out of pop lids for the cups that come with combos.. lady brought out like 10 ....in her hands.. Soap and water before touching the lids after touching money would be nice???

Our personal service.... Rude . If you are going to ask for our order the moment we step in the door .

Do not get cranky if folks try to read the menu first.

Review from 2025: this place is a huge disappointment every single time 😭 My boyfriend reminded me today that we've never had a good experience at this location in over 10 years!!! Get it together Taco Bell! You're the only one in Red Deer and you suck!! Anytime we're in another city with Taco bell we eat there and it's amazing. Love cheesy gordita crunches. Here you always wait forever, your food's always wrong and quality sucks. Today we didn't even get our full meal, missing a taco after paying over $40 and waiting in the drive thru over 20 minutes. Thank you for wasting my money again. Guess I'm the sucker who keeps going back wishing it'll be better.

Review from 2024: Waited in line ten minutes, they're open til 10pm, got there at 9:20, the guy in front of us ordered then we are waiting at the speaker to order and she finally says "sorry we're closed". It's 9:30 and the guy in front of us got food, there is no one behind us, you couldn't take our order too?? This...

This was the worst experience in my life regarding fast food. Whoever worked on April 23rd around 9pm deserves to be fired. I called and they were so condescending and rude. I will be in contact with the manager to receive owners information to make an official complaint. Whoever worked tonight and answered the phone you need to find a new job, you obviously can’t do customer service. I told them I wanted two items, no combo. I pay and leave, soon realizing I paid for a combo. So I called and politely asked why I was charged for a combo when I didn’t ask. He VERY rudely told me it was cheaper (okay fair enough) but than why didn’t I get the items for a combo? He had no answer and proceeded to be beyond rude. So I paid for a combo I didn’t want AND didn’t get the fry’s and drink WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF A COMBO. I will be back, but not to order.
