Edit: I had reached out to head office same day it happened and was told the owner and/or general manager would be contacting me regarding thisâŚ. It still hasnât happened. ALSO the phone number the manager had given me to reach their store manager was the phone number for the wrong store!
Went there on Saturday my order was wrong, called in and was to stop in and they would remake it. Stopped today and once again it was made wrong! Went inside and asked to speak with a manager and was very frustrated. The lady I spoke with initially said she would remake it, I asked what they are going to rectify it as this was already a remake and we had to come back to have fixed AGAIN! She said she wasnât a manager and would get me one, after I had already asked to speak with one. The manager was very dismissive and couldnât be bother to stop taking drive thru orders to talk to me, offered no solutions for the inconvenience since it was âalready freeâ. I asked for the owner to contact me and tried to give them my phone number was told absolutely not was given a phone number and was told this was for the general manager, when I called the phone number it was the store and was told she wasnât there, had to ask for them to take my number to have them call them back. They should start to care more about order accuracy and customer service then the service times in drive thru.    Read moreI had phoned on Oct 4 about being able to purchase 2 dozen honey glazed donuts for Oct 5 & was told to call 15 minutes to 1/2 hour ahead and they would make for me as possibly wouldnât have enough to fill my order. I phoned at 10ish am to place my order. We stopped about 1 pm to pick up our order, told them I had placed an order for 2 doz doughnuts, they took my payment & proceeded to fill boxes with a variety of doughnuts, I told them no ,I placed an order so they then found the order with my name on it. When we arrived home we opened the order up to find all different kinds of doughnuts.I returned to the store and 2 different times had to show them what I wanted, the person who I spoke with said something in a non- English language & they all laughed so quite sure thought it was a joke on me. Said I would have to wait about 1/2 hour, so said OK, then another one returned again and asked which ones I wanted so once again had to show. No apology offered. Was waiting and I finally went to counter and suggested perhaps could have a coffee and I had no intention to pay for it, they did give me one. There were many wait people of the same nationality who appeared to be more interested in visiting among themselves than serving customers. Was my first & last visit to this store. I've visited the Tim Hortons located at 62 Carleton Ave #110, Red Deer, AB T4P 0T9 multiple times, and it's safe to say this location is a bustling hub for coffee lovers. The drive-throughs are often swamped with traffic, which can result in long wait times. On one occasion, I found myself waiting for 15 minutes to place my order, despite being the only customer in line.
In terms of cleanliness, the interior of the store is generally acceptable, but there is room for improvement. One noticeable issue is the state of the entry door, which consistently appears dirty. Addressing this cleanliness concern would significantly enhance the overall experience for customers.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality of the coffee and food offerings remains consistent with the Tim Hortons standard. If you're in a rush, it might be wise to consider alternative locations, but if you're patient and enjoy their products, this Tim Hortons is worth a visit.
