The lady at Windowis handing me my Black HOT steep tea,( XL ) as I grab it lid pops off and I am sure it burned both of us as she let go letting me continue to keep getting burned while the thin cup is squeezing together! Remember, I am the one with the one hand out the window in a car where I can't swing my right arm out the window without turning my whole body. ( Remember people... always put your car in park when getting handed something a drive thru. This could have been a disaster! Anyways, I yell, take this cup, it's burning me, and I hear shut up I was like, excuse me? This younger brown man comes to the window and says, "What is your problem?I tell him I just got burned by this HOT tea as I am showing him my hand that is completely red from the burn I explain this has happened twice to me inlast 2 weeks the 2 times I went to Tim Hortons. He says, "What do you want me to do about it? This is not my problem. In a rude manner. Well, I am not a person who loses it, I said ,Get your manager! He said I will deal with you. I am the supervisor. I said I didn't ask for the supervisor I asked for the manager! ( incredibly sad the supiors we have leading our franchises these days) yes I got a little loud well I guess manager heard the commotion going on at this time cars were honking I felt bad afterwords holding up other people in the line but the heat of the moment I was not thinking. The manager asked me to calm down, which was hard at the moment cause this guy behind the window in the drive thru just continued to throw out rude remarks before she got there. She ( the manager) apologized and asked what she could do to help. I said I wanted a burn report done as my hand was burning and red as she saw as well. She asked me to come in the store, which I did. I waited a bit for her to come to counter as she was in back on the phone, I was told. By this time, I had calmed down a bit to talk with her. ( manager) I explained to this lady what happened she was extremely caring and had compassion for what happened. Needless to say, I didn't fill out the forms. I apologized to her and said, "God bless you," got in my car and apologized to the good Lord for my outburst, and drove home. So if the owners are reading this, I have been coming there for a couple of years now. You have wonderful staff, and she was a wonderful, thoughtful manager. Did not get her nameI hope this one gentleman gets talked to and let known that is not exceptable in customer services to act that way, especially a supervisor. This happened on 12/06/23 . Afternoon in-between 2-4:30 ish. Thanks again to the manager for your...
Read moreTim Hortons is a Canadian staple, and my recent visit to the Red Deer location was a reminder of why it holds such a special place in our hearts. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm, genuine smiles, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a pleasant experience. It's clear that the team here takes pride in their work, going above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcome and valued.
Let's talk about the coffee – the lifeblood of Tim Hortons. The signature blend was rich, smooth, and aromatic, exactly what I needed to kickstart my morning. It was brewed to perfection, with that familiar, comforting taste that always hits the spot. And the food? The freshly baked goods were a delight. The donuts were soft, fluffy, and bursting with flavor, and the savory options, like the breakfast sandwiches, were equally satisfying. The ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was prepared with care.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. They handled the busy morning rush with grace and professionalism, never compromising on quality or customer service. It's rare to find a fast-food restaurant where the employees genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs, but at this Tim Hortons, it was evident. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this Tim Hortons is a must-visit for a taste of Canadian hospitality and...
Read moreHonestly exhausted with red deers tim Hortons in general! but this location in particular is just something else. How can you get the order wrong EVERY time! Even when its not busy at all (I don't just mean a coffee either its food, drinks, all of it). I never believed in reviews before but apparently this is the only way to possibly make a change because talking to you guys seems to do nothing. I have worked at tims before and it can certainly be stressful but there is no excuse for this any longer. PLEASE PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!! People work hard for their money and use a drive thru because they're in a hurry and getting the order wrong every once in a while is fine and everyone is human but almost EVERY TIME is just unbelievable especially when I've been asked and confirmed my order on the screen is correct. Having to take time to stop and go back costs me more then the food itself! So a "complementary"replacement for the item is of no help especially when its what i paid for already. (Before any ideas of I should just check my bag before leaving decide to come out I do most of the time and make them fix it but honestly I shouldn't have to) from this point forward I will just be posting reviews everytime this...
