Greek Gyro Meal - $16.79
You don’t need to be Greek to enjoy Arby’s Greek gyro. You just need to like flame-seared, knife carved gyro meat, with crispy vegetables, creamy tzatziki sauce, and warm pita bread. You also need to be able to get to Arby’s. Apparently, you can order a cab on your smartphone now, so that’s a solid option. Each meal is served with a side and your choice of beverage.

Nothing says “I am an adventurous eater and interesting person” like eating a gyro at Arby’s. Our classic thinly sliced roast beef is topped with lettuce, onions and tomatoes, and cool creamy tzatziki sauce, all hugged by a warm pita. Each meal is served with a side and your choice of beverage.

On July 2, 2024, I decided I wanted something different for dinner. Something I hadn’t had for a while. After some consideration I decided to go to Arby’s. I ordered online and drove across town to pick it up at Arby’s on Albert north. Upon arrival I proceeded into the drive through. There were a couple cars in front of me. When I got to the ordering speaker, they informed me that I couldn’t pick up my order at the pickup window and I would have to park and walk in. So, then I had to wait for the others in front of me to be served because there was no way to go around vehicles while in the drive-through. After finally getting out of the drive-through and finding a place to park I went in to get my order. At the pickup counter I informed them again that I was here to get my on-line order, but they couldn’t find it because they did not read the on-line order properly and put the wrong name on it. After finally finding my order, they gave it to me and went back home. The bag was taped shut and they did not give me an extra straw, so I didn’t look at the order or try my milkshake until I got back home. Once home I stuck a straw into the milkshake and gave it a try. Good thing I was right by the kitchen sink because it immediately got spit out. It was room temperature and had weird soft white lumps in it! I was so disgusted I dumped the entire thing down the sink. The food was cool as well and the toppings that I ordered for the sandwich were nonexistent. By this point I had completely lost my appetite, so it all got dumped it the garbage. So very disappointing. I would have been much happier just making myself some soup. That night a sat down at the computer and did a one-star review on my experience there regarding the exceedingly poor service and substandard quality of their product. I received an email from them stating that they would like to try and make it right. I agreed to a full refund but of course I had to drive across town again to receive it. Upon arrival I parked right away (already learned that lesson), I went to the till and had to wait for 5 minutes until someone noticed me standing there. Finally, the manager (or that’s what he called himself) came and asked me what I wanted. I told him I was there to pick up my refund. He turned around, grabbed a sealed white letter envelope from behind the till, handed it to me and walked away. No sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for anything at all! Not another word, just rudely turned his back on me and walked away. WHATEVER! At least I got my money back and that would have been the end of it too but, when I got home, I opened the envelope and inside was my refund in cash and two free meal tickets each for a free sandwich, medium fries and a drink. I actually thought this was a decent gesture however, a week or so later I was showing these free meal tickets to my daughter and her boyfriend. They took one look and started laughing at me. My daughter says “Dad, these tickets are expired!” I looked and sure as heck, they both expired January of 2021! What a joke! Insult on top of injury. I vow I will NEVER set foot in another Arby’s as long as I live!

We normally do drive thru but decided to stop in for lunch today. Excellent atmosphere, great customer service and, as always, good food. I tried the new Creamy Sriracha pulled chicken sandwich. Although it didn't have as much chicken as I had expected, it was still very delicious and worth it. We also tried the new creamy mac and cheese... it is very creamy and delicious, perfect for a picky toddler. The floor was a little dirty under our table but I did mention to the staff that it could use a cleaning. I believe because we came at one of their rush hours it was somewhat expected. Regardless, I definitely recommend this location.

I was so excited to see an Arby's on the North end. Soooo kuch better than the poor excise in the east end. Bright fresh clean. The food came hot and fresh. I would have went for 5 stars but the manager seemed a bit out of sorts. Some one was so happy that they created the perfect swirl on top of the ice cream but the manager said they did it wrong. Kind of minor I just felt the excitement die

I bought a double roast beef, two beef and cheddar, two curly fries , a loaded curly fries , and mozzarella sticks at about 7:00 pm tonight. I have been eating at Arby’s for more than 20 years in Regina and many other locations across Canada. Normally the food is very good and I have never had a reason to complain about my purchases from Arby’s. That is until this visit. I have never had this issue before. The roast beef was so salty it was next to impossible to choke down. Half an hour later and I can’t get the salt taste out of my mouth. My wife also found the roast beef to be incredibly salty. So it was not just myself finding it very salty. Like I said I have never before experienced this eating...
