We ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered to the Comfort Inn Suites Hotel just a few blocks north of their restaurant. When I ordered I asked if they delivered or should I pick it up? Which was more convenient for them? They said they would deliver it in 30-40 minutes. About an hour later I called them again to ask where our order was? He went and asked and said that the delivery guy had just left with it. So 15 minutes later I called them again. He confirmed that it would be right there. 10 minutes later I called again and was very disturbed about all their lies. He said that the driver was just about there. I then said well if this was what they called service then maybe they should just keep it? So then a while later some from our group seen a vehicle which was probably their delivery driver, sitting in our parking lot on his phone. Then he left. After that our teenagers were all starving so we went to a different pizza restaurant and sat in for our supper. What a a terrible experience BP's put us through. I can't imagine what type of employees they have. It was all the lies that made me so upset. All while having our entire party of six wondering were on earth they were and what would it even be like after all that time? Most of us guessed that it would be like eating day old cold pizza? I don't know if that's what they normally do, I just know that's what...
Read moreSadly, even though our family loves Boston pizza, this was not a good experience. We arrived as a family of 10, and instantly the manager looked annoyed we were even there, make note it was not busy and was 4:30. He suggested we don’t sit together, even though in the past they turned tables for the family to sit together, but that was ok, we sat across and were able to still somewhat chat. The first issue we had, as Boston pizza is a family restaurant and March is kids eat free, yet the managers didn’t seem to like children at all, he kept making faces at the children playing, he was annoyed he had to walk past kids to run food, and you could tell he just didn’t like children…. Secondly, drinks were made incorrect and could not drink, we asked for a diff one and was still charged for something that didn’t taste correct, eventually our server removed it!! She was great! Friendly, and happy… the way the manager talked to the host when we arrived was poorly, and he treated her like she was stupid, yet what she did was correct, and she corrected him.. , will choose a better location next time… usually when a big group comes in, Boston pizza is happy to have the business, the manager sadly, made our children...
Read moreTo start, when I arrived it was later during the evening/night. They were still open and should be able to serve. So we had someone seat us at the bar since the other side of the store was closing? I assume the manager or supervisor was going home and it would make it easier. My whole group was 20 years or over. We just wanted food and no alchohol drinks, but then we got talked to like children that if we didn't want drinks to go over to the restaurant side. At this moment there were 4 other people here eating or drinking at the whole restaurant. So we move and now it's annoying since after 20 minutes we have barely touched the menu and we see the supervisor reprimanding the server. That server was a champ for owning up to their mistakes, give him a raise since he clearly kept his temper and served us amazing food. Completely ruined our moods to see this happen, if he wants I'll offer him a job just for that. Food was decent, server was accommodating and friendly. Sad to see what happened for higher...
