Western Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

Family ordered some meals from Western Pizza Rochdale today. A couple of baked fettuccine and an all-dressed pizza. Online ordering using Western Pizza Express was standard. Added my credit card to app and it didn't appear to have taken as I received a call back from the restaurant asking if I needed the driver to bring the machine. Our orders were delivered fairly quick! Wife and daughter had the fettuccine. My pizza was a all-dressed with pineapple and added shrimp. pizza came with just pineapple and shrimp

Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, she was empathetic and apologetic for mix up with my pizza. Immediately made a new pizza and delivered to my home in about 20 minutes!

Great customer service. Will continue to order from Western Pizza Rochdale!!

Update; May 27 2020 Ordered a large meal from Western Pizza Rochdale for a birthday party. I had a number of questions and was able to have them answered on Messenger! Rochdale Location…..Tried twice and both times it’s a failure. Luke warm food. The ONLY positive is the owner was fantastic and apologetic soooo this is why we tried it a second time. I picked up our food both times on time and the pizza box was barely warm. We live literally two minutes away so there’s no excuse to WHY our food wasn’t hot. From the pizza and to the appetizers we won’t be back. I would also like to add Western Pizza on Broadway Ave, their food does come hot, the manager is very friendly yet service is geared to the bar side and a few servers during the day are outright ignorant and rude in which the manager is aware, speaks to the person privately and she then rolls her eyes and ignores us although, there are other guests around us and I’ve had to go to the bar myself to get service. Ordered a Greek salad, which is listed as being lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions, crumbled feta, and Kalamata olives. What did I get? A plate of lettuce topped with a bunch of shredded carrot, a couple of chunks of dried out onion, one shriveled olive, and a sprinkle of feta. It was a tossed salad, and when I questioned it, the server informed me 'that's how we make it here'. I insisted that it was a TOSSED salad, not a GREEK salad, only to be met with the same snotty attitude and same answer. I sent it back, as that's not what I ordered. If I wanted a tossed salad, I would have ordered one. Also ordered a pizza which was horrible. Barely any cheese, and the tiny bit that was on it was weird and dry.
