We have eaten from Ms. Fresh twice now, once dining in and once through delivery, and both times the food was absolutely phenomenal. When we dined in, I ordered the Satay Beef Pho and my husband had the Lemongrass Beef Noodle Bowl. Both dishes were so flavourful, fresh, and generously portioned.
Last night we ordered through Uber Eats and tried the Lemongrass Beef Noodle Bowl, BBQ Pork Noodle Bowl, Avocado Fresh Rolls, and a Steamed Pork Bun. Everything arrived perfectly. The noodles were tender and not clumped together, which is such a rarity with delivery, and each item tasted like it had just come straight from the kitchen. Every bite was flavourful, portions were hearty, and you could tell everything was prepared with so much care.
Ms. Fresh is an absolute gem. Whether you dine in or order delivery, the food is outstanding and consistent. If you have not tried it yet, you are truly missing out. Highly recommend...
Read moreThis is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurant we’ve been to in Regina. We had the Spicy beef Noodle Soup and the Porkchop with Egg Rice dish. The noodle soup has a tempered spiciness that allows us to appreciate each ingredient and taste the herbs and aromatics used in the dish instead of drowning it. The meats were abundant and the noodles firm. The Porkchop came with a salad that was so fresh that the vibrancy of the ingredients cuts through the savoury combination of fat and char from the pork. This is my go to meal as i like the way they thin the meat and i can taste the marinade without the gamey pork taste. Some may prefer a thicker cut but the way they barbecue this thin chops is perfection imho. The egg is cooked to asian preference with semi runny yolk and crispy bottom. Service is amazing and the place is clean with modern but cozy aesthetics. Will definitely recommend and personally will...
Read moreThis is a new restaurant in the NW that just opened. The newly decorated space was tastefully done with nice tables and chairs. It was clean and spacious. Our waiter was very nice and ran the front of the house alone. The menu was simple compared to other Asian restaurants, which in no means was a bad thing as there weren’t endless choices, but had enough variety to please everyone. Our spring rolls came out hot, which was good. The satay beef soup was spicy but not too spicy, very filling. The spicy beef noodle bowl was also delicious. The only drawback was the room temperature was too cool so everyone had to keep their jackets on and warm their hands before the food came. A little more heat would have made this a full five star rating. We will go back and try...
