OPA! of Greece Rochdale Station — Restaurant in Regina

Was just at Opa Rochdale Regina, I witnessed some of the most unprofessional service. I walked in and the first thing I hear is the franchise owner Marina Evangelina Q Lopez talking to her employee and threatening to take his job away in front of me. She then realizes what she was doing as I was giving her a weird look. I continued to make my order as she continued to bicker at the employee serving me, asking him to “read the order” to her. I was also with my girlfriend and I could not stand just watching her put this guy under so much stress, the employees face was red as he served us. I decided to speak up and told her that the way she is handling the situation is extremely unprofessional, she decided to start arguing with me telling me that she has to be there to watch him as he is a newer employee and she claims that he is nothing but a burden to all the other employees. This is the franchise owner treating the employees like they are worthless. I decided to speak up once again as she was genuinely yelling at this guy making my wrap. I told her again she is highly unprofessional and that is not how someone should be treated in their workplace. My self & family will never eat at this location or south again! Came here for supper tonight and the man & women working were very rude! I believe they are the owners. Well they have absolutely no customer service skills. We asked for extra tzatziki sauce. As we always do and have never been charged extra for it. Well tonight the man told us no u have to pay for the extra. He argued with us about it to almost make it like we were lying. Maybe check with ur staff instead of arguing with a paying customer! As well ordered a kids meal I was more then willing to pay for extra fries but the women yelled at me saying no that's what u get without even giving me a chance to tell them I was willing to pay! We had never ordered from this place before so we thought we would give it a try! We’ll never again! First off we ordered off skip and our order didn’t come for a hour! When we finally got it our food was not worth 60.00 ! My kids had the wraps with rice and Greek salad! The rice was cold and had an awful taste and the salad had no dressing on it! I ordered the chicken souvlaki with Caesar salad and my chicken was cold and so dry I threw it out! My Caesar salad consisted of maybe three leaves with a spoon full of bacon bits and croutons! We called skip about the cold food and they offered 9.00 off a 60.00 order! Such a joke! Will never order...
