Today, i went to this location for eating meal nearly at 10:40 AM. There is a white slim (punjabi or gujrati) girl Shift lead. Firstly i went to customer table for ordering and no one showed there. I waited there about to 2to 3 minutes. After that i decided to ordered from screen LED. Again i wait alot and the shift leader girl showed lot of attitude on her face may be bcz of her whitness color. When she came to hand over my meal she packed it instead of putting on a plate. Again she did mistake l. I told her i ordered EAT IN but she didn’t understand after that i told her in Hindi language and she understood it. Even she dis not say any sorry and showing rude face. I want to tell manager why you made her shift leader if she don’t know how to deal with customers in a good way. Even she did 2 mistake that happened naturally. I suggest that please respect fully deal with customers if even he is indian or any other. Bcz we pay for our food and not looking for to see girls. Read moreWent to grab breakfast this morning, there were two other people whom were waiting inside for their orders. the drive-thru was around the parking lot and and out the entrance which is why i went inside to order. Placed my order at 7:44am and didn't get it until 8am. I watched the screens pushing car after car through the drive-thru with their waiting times being anywhere from 30sec to 1min and 45 secs. By this time there were several people inside and no one came to take orders that didn't want to use the kiosks they have. two orders were coffee orders and muffins and it took over 10 minutes for those customers. Multiple people expressed their frustration with the lack of priority given to inside people when we placed well before those who were in the drive-thru. This isn't the first time this happened but decided to give another chance, I think I will go elsewhere instead. The manager was rude and didn't care about the concerns being brought forward. ...

Well, after calling my bank, McDonald's Canada, and dealing with incompetence, my money was refunded.
Was charged double, showed the clerk, and manager. They both said it was wrong and said that's not how it works. They also said they don't do refunds and when shown the posted transactions, they said my bank isn't right. Not only that, they said I would have to go through my bank to get my money back... to which, my banks fraud department literally laughed.
After threatening litigation, it was "taken to upper management of McDonald's Canada". Shortly after I got a call to come get the refund.
The fact that I had to go through all this, is ridiculous at best. There wasn't any "can we make it up for all the inconvenience" or anything. Not only did we get double charged, but the salt in the wound was, our fries were old, the nuggets were old, and it was the worst meal we had ever got from there. Poor...
