Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Regina

My experience started off fine and the service was pleasant when they started taking my order. I got some blizzards, burgers, just some food and some treats for me and my friends. Once I completed my order the individual that was helping me repeated everything I asked for back to me to confirm what I got and everything was correct but the key thing here was that I ordered 2 blizzards and when they repeated my order to me there was 2 blizzards in my order so I thought everything was fine. I wasn’t given an option of getting my receipt so I couldn’t look over what I ordered and when I started getting my food they first gave me one blizzard and then my bag of food. I was still waiting on a blizzard so I asked about the other one and they said I didn’t order one. I was very confused but still wasn’t given a receipt to confirm that I was the one incorrect so I was starting to get impatient with their service. They then charged me again for the blizzard and were very short and rude with their service and didn’t try to be understanding in the slightest. I guess the customer always being right was thrown out the window with the individual who helped me, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this person working and I’m tempted to walk out of the establishment the next time I see them working. Very disappointed in the type of people they have working here as this individual’s energy rubbed off on others that were charging me for the blizzard I got, being very rude, giving dirty looks and not showing any mutual respect. I live in area and use to love going to this Dq. I have had not one but three times having issues with the same lady who works there to say the least I will never be retuning again. There was a mix up at speaker with order and that was fine they re rang in WRONG AGAIN. At this point I didn’t care and just wanted to go home. On my way out of drive thru she proceeded to give me issues and says “EAT AT HOME”. I work customer service and I deal with a lot more issues, her behaviour and attitude was completely disgusting and unacceptable. I honestly wouldn’t be leaving a review cause not my cup of tea but having so many issue with same staff member. I feel something should be done/said. When I went in to talk to supervisor she asked if I wanted anything and I said no I just wanted her to be aware of her staffs behaviour and hope that girl learns. I am once again updating my review because once again the staff have knocked it out of the park with my cake order! Hosting kids birthday parties are always stressful but I can 100% say my customized dairy queen cake from elphinstone makes it worth it every birthday!

I just have to update my review to say this is the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Not only do they let you keep your coupons, but you can use more than one at a time. I really appreciate not having to drive in circles to get great deals on food.

Second, the staff is always SUPER friendly and seem to just have an overall feeling of enjoying work. You start to recognize staff members over the months, and when the staff is that stable and the turnaround isn't high, you know it is managed well.
