I had been a customer for several years until recently and I have a couple of experiences with whomever I was speaking with on the phone to about getting food delivered to my home. During the day, the day staff on the phone are pleasant, a joy to interact with and the drivers are friendly. One night my card wouldn't work and all I had for cash was just a few dollars,not enough for the whole order.I paid for half of it, the rest of the order went back to the restaurant.The driver he was quite gracious and understanding about it but I felt terrible the card didn't work ! The next time I ordered there and was given the total,after I hung up I wondered why the order was more than I expected,I called back to find out why it sounded a bit more than what I expected the lady on the phone sound older and told me I was being charged for the delivery on what happened the on my previous order, she asked if I still wanted the order and I said yes.On this order when it had arrived I paid for the previous delivery fee as well as the one on that current order. I had no problems until the third or fourth time I had ordered from this place, after the incident for which I paid the extra delivery charge . The last time I went to order from this establishment, I was told I was being charged for this delivery from what happened previously.I told them it had already been paid for the next order I got from them.The girl told me she'd have to check it out and would call me back and also asked if I still wanted the order ? I told her again that the delivery charge was already paid for and yes I still wanted the order the present order. I was called back and was told that I had to pay the delivery fee for the second time, I tried to explain who I gave the extra delivery fee to and the person on the phone, they were having none of it, I cancelled that order. I immediately called the owner,left a detailed voicemail along with my phone number to discuss what happened with this situation. I've not heard from him at all about this.I really don't appreciate it when someone is trying finagle money out of me especially like this. I'm not lying.This has already been paid for and obviously there is no record of it ,which there should have been.Them wanting more money out of me,it's sad but I will no longer be a patron of theirs. If they made a mistake like this with me, how many times has it happened with other patrons? Is the owner going to allow this behaviour not to be properly looked into/over seen? There should have been some kind of conformation with me and with the delivery person that this was paid for when it was and it should have written down that it was.Nothing was,it was just likely added to the total bill, an unfortunate mistake on my part. I will no longer be a patron of theirs,and it's unfortunate, because I was a good patron up...
Read moreTERRIBLE!!! if I could give a ZERO for the FOOD, and the SERVICE I received tonight I would. we had placed two separate orders and it was not cheap so we had expected the food and service to be at least good and it wasn't. we live out of town so when we got home some of the order was missing the pizza was made incorrectly, when I called to address the mistake I had to speak with three different people and was transferred to offsale then AGAIN transferred over to the "boss" which resulted in us both having a yelling contest over the phone they said they would transfer me over the money for what was missing which i haven't received. the food wasn't that great and the service was the worst. I will never order from here again!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL work ethics from staff.
Of course they will come up with an excuse to back up their actions. it doesnt matter if they had a 100 orders tonight or not when you pay well over 200 dollars on two orders you expect your food to be made right and not have anything missing AND when I said I would make the 45 min trip back to come and have my order fixed the man was YELLING to bring all the food back so YES I was upset and yelled right back at him. If their staff had checked the food over to ensure everything was in the bag i would have just ate the soggy food and called it a night but instead im here trying to validate their mistake by leaving this review.! The brown paper bag was stapled when brought from the kitchen to the front, so i dont know how its possible that your staff checked the bag when they printed out a second receipt. Also, if everyone who ordered tonight left a review I guarantee you all the reviews wouldn't be satisfied like you 'assume' its always a hit and a miss when eating here sometimes the food is good other times its terrible. Before I am called rude maybe try asking your staff to handle situations like this properly and tell the story honestly because they were not all that professional when I had spoken to them on the phone. Read moreI went to Four Seasons with a group of friends on New Years Day and was unsatisfied. Upon entering for service, a friend was not allowed to sit in a certain area because it was for the regulars. Once our group sat at a non-regulars table, the waitress tossed coasters on our table and abruptly asked "what do you want?" without explaining what was on tap or if there were any specials that day. Needless to say, our service was not great, but the server brought drink refills for the regulars as soon as she noticed their drinks were nearly empty. We were fine with the service as we were having fun with our pals watching football. However, when we were getting our jackets on to leave one of the regulars saw Snoop Dogg on the TV and dropped the N word. Some of this person's friends called him out, but he tried to laugh it off. People from my table had to tell that person to never say that word, even if he thinks it's harmless or a joke. No one from the staff asked what was going on or offered support. We will not be returning to Four Seasons and really hope you give your staff racial...
