I am a person who orders the same two rolls from them every time and everytime I request a little extra eel sauce on the side. Yesterday when I ordered, the crispy beef roll had no bbq sauce. The queen roll only had the spicy sauce with no battered onion or eel sauce. Plus I received spicy mayo on the side and no eel sauce. When I called them, they straight out lied saying that the rolls have no sauce. She was so rude that she did not even let me finish one sentence and said to talk to Skip the dishes. I tried explaining that we ordered directly through their website. After the fourth time, she listens to me and tells me she will send only the eel sauce in 15 mins. A guy appeared on our door after 40 mins banging on our doorbell. He handed the sauce to my husband and pointed his finger at him and says “next time it's extra charge”. When my husband offered to pay for the sauce, he got more upset and said “LET ME TALK”. Glad we have a doorbell camera which captured it all. My husband tried explaining that this is not extra sauce we requested but we requested the sauce as there was no sauce on the sushi but he did not want to hear anything else. I was dumbfounded at this man’s behaviour and it took me a while to even understand what happened just for two rolls of sushi. The crispy beef was so dry and stale that I took one bite and the rest went to the garbage. Have been ordering for 3-4 years now but no more. Just one advise: kindness and behaving nice to others cost no money so try that sometimes. Attaching the picture of the rolls I received.

Hachi Sushi offered a buffet-style sushi dining experience priced at $28.99 per person, which I found to be reasonable. The sushi dishes were placed on a conveyor belt, allowing me to freely select my preferred options. In addition to sushi, I also ordered some dumplings and my personal favorite, fried squid tentacles. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

You can take any dish on the bar or order directly on your iPad, price is really worth it, bar includes some desserts too.

This is the first time i visited here. The food was good. The price is high. The guy picking up the dishes kept reaching for the plate i was using. It was a little frustrating.
