Went to this location June 8th at 9:37 p.m. Pulled up and we we were asked for our order, we asked for one moment to make our decision and when we were ready we said "We are ready" waited a couple minutes, " Hello we are ready" waited a couple minutes again, "Hello",finally we got a response. As we placed our order, numerous times we were told" Just a moment",when we finished ordering our mild chicken and coleslaw, we waited to hear a total or a move to the next window but just silence.... finally after a couple minutes the person says "Do you want something " at this point we just drove up to the next window. We paid and waited for our order we could tell by the conversation and looks at each other that something wasn't quite right. We were requested to pay for our order two more times as we waited to we which both times we told her we paid, she finally asked another girl who said yes we paid.We asked for our receipt and parked to check our order and eat. It seemed o.k. but they forgot to give us utensils so we drove home to eat instead. Finally home and ready to eat we pulled out our chicken took a big bite and spicy chicken!!!!! My mouth and tongue are burnt from the spices! There is a reason why a person requests mild. Not only was the service very poor , the employees are clueless as to thier job and were obviously aware that there was spicy chicken in the order that was to be mild but didn't care. Management needs to talk to the employees that were working at that time. First to explain the damage and pain that they caused me because of their negligence and uncaring attitudes and second that they are in a customer...
Read moreToday at around 8:15 pm, I went to order 8 pieces chicken from drive thru at Regina Albert street store#12793. He said it will take 12 minutes. Usually it doesn't take that long. I was waiting after almost 10 minutes one guy who came by the window said it will take 20 minutes, i have to wait at the parking. The store is in such a way I can't go directly to the parking, I have to U turn from the north side. Then I asked you said 12 minutes, and its almost 10 minutes gone, He raised his voice and said it cooking time 12 minute and the preparation time total will be 20 minutes. He start shouting when I said return my money, he said he can't return the money the machine has a problem I have go to the parking to get the refund, He also mentioned me if I am new in Canada or not that I don't know the rules. He shouted a few times to move my car as he can't serve the others in the back. All things are recorded if they have any video surveillance system in the store. I asked Management to take the investigation and take action against it. I will never go to the store nor any of my friends and family members will be there for any orders. I am in Canada more than 16 years. These guys hire a bunch of international students who doesn't know English well and doesn't even have any training or experiences in the customer services. If I have to wait 20 minutes from the drive through in the chicken store, I would recommend everyone not to go to this store. Very bad customer service...
Read moreI have been a regular weekly Popeyes customer from past 2 years and have been to different branches. There are little concerns some times but it gets sorted out in a good and timely way. Unfortunately, this branch has been the worst in my experiences. I ordered 6 deal of the day, which was supposed to be 18 chicken pieces, and when I came back home, there were only 16 pieces. I called them, and as usual about this branch, the phone got answered after multiple tries. I told them about it and there response was, "No, I had count them while putting them in boxes, and there were 18 pieces, plus, I gave you large pieces than usual, so why are you upset about it?" Bro!!?? If any of your branch does not have specific pieces available, they give what they have at the moment, and I have been to different branches, and no one ever said me that you got large pieces, so don't complain (if there is anything). I informed them that this isn't the first time, I am facing such issue at this branch, and the person was like, "Okay, then you can come and get the remaining 2 pieces". She knew that she had messed it up and they are used to of doing it, thus I am very disappointed. Now, I have to go all the way back to get the missing stuff. I go to whatever branch is nearby me while driving, and this branch is the worst, and I'll advise everyone to avoid this branch and their terrible staff who never has even a smile on...
