We ordered 3 pizzas as part of their Monday to friday special. The thin crust Hawaiian wwas perfect. Great crust, plustiful toppins great cheese. The alfredo chicken bacon and spicy perogy pizza on regular crust however were undercooked and there was a doughy layed under the sauce. We called back and they offered to bring out two freah pizzas and asked that we save the original pizzas so they could analyze them back at the kitchen, fair enough I wasn't out to get free pizza. So the forst order was 10-15 min late. Then the remade pizzas showed up an hour after I called it in. I checked the pizzas at the door and noticed the pizza was darker underneath and on top so clearly ot was cooked more but there was still this soggy dough area the driver tried to say it was just the alfredo sauce so i litterally poked my finger in it to show him and he just kept on with thats the sauce and how its suppose to be. The delivery guy poked his finger in my pizza, so I guess I'll through that one out and he still didn't get it, I wasn't talking about the Alfredo sauce but the dough right beneath it.
My thought is that they use a very high heat oven which they need to but I'm saying set higher than a regular pizza over and they have it in for too short of time for the thickness of their regular crust. They should drop the temp by 50 degrees and keep it in for a couple minutes longer. I'm sure they do that to keep the kitchen flowing nicely but it comes at the cost of product quality. My suggestion is only order their thin crust unless you like a chewy doughy crust on the regular, if that's your thing. The dough itself is a nice light airy spongy except for the part next to the sauce which is definitely undercooked. So they have great potential they just need to perfect it and stop being so arrogant about theor doughy cruat claiming its suppose to be like that. I'm normally not a thin crust pizza guy, but their thicker than normal thin crust was awesome, my go to is an all dressed from Houston's or Julianna's, so if something that thick can come out cooked surely these guys can try and figure it out on their...
Read moreFirst of all, the speed which my pizza reached me was SLOW. I know that you say it is an estimated time, but 15 minutes later? Maybe you should say 1 hr, not 45 minutes. Second of all, and this one is a biggie: why can’t your delivery driver who not only had the address right there in his hand, but he didn’t even get his car (for quite a while) to deliver it to our door!!! I live in a one story condominium along with 49 others/couple. Your driver not only PHONED me (which he spoke in VERY BROKEN English) to say he was here when he could have LOOKED at my bill and he would have seen that it was #29!! I even put (assuming he could read) on the delivery slip it that he was supposed to ring #129, not just 29. (That was also on the entrance to the condos, but I thought I would rather stipulate it myself) Anyway, I had to get my fiancé to get the pizza himself, only to find the driver sitting in his car! Was my fiancé supposed to wear his slippers outside in the snow to get the pizza??? After he WAVED to get the drivers attention, he finally was given the (cold by now) pizza! Number 29. That makes 28 doors before he would have made it to our DOOR. I don’t call that door-to-door delivery, in fact, I don’t call it ANY sort of “delivery”. Or service!!! We had assumed your “pizza delivery” meant just that, not “almost-made-it-there-DELIVERY”. Needless to say, we were very disappointed at his SERVICE. The pizza? It was decent; or it would have been if it was hot. The service? What...
Read moreRecieved a gift card for this place for my birthday. Finally decided to use it today. Got there to pick up my pizza after ordering online, the whole place was smokey. They were understaffed and running from the till to the kitchen and didn't even let me finish paying for my pizzas before running back to the kitchen again. When they came back, they didn't know how to scan a gift card and said that there's alternative ways of scanning the gift card with their phone. 5 minutes later she comes back with another employee and called their manager. They recieved instructions on how to scan the gift card and it proceeded to not work. She then said that the card must not be loaded when I know for a fact it was loaded, as I had the gift receipt at home. She then asked if we know when it expires, when gift cards don't expire!? She then proceeded to give more excuses saying that the gift card was for a different location, which if that was the case it should have been mentioned on the gift card?? After 15 more minutes of this, we finally decided to not use the gift card and just pay for it by debit. Got home, ate a few slices of the mediocre pizza, found a hair in the pizza dough. Decided to eat the cheese bread instead, and it had hair in the dough as well!!!! All they can do is give an in house refund or remake the pizza for us. No thanks, don't want to eat anymore of your over priced hair infested food. Never ever coming back to this place.
Update: my whole family got food poisoning a few hours...
