Despite Subway's policy allowing customers to have as many veggies as they want, she always denies our requests. Her attitude worsens whenever we use coupons, as if we’re a burden for taking advantage of Subway’s promotions.
Today was the final straw. When I asked for extra crispy onions, she shouted at me, insisting I follow some recipe, even though I was building my own sub. Her refusal to follow my instructions was infuriating. She even threatened me, saying I should speak to the owner because she wouldn’t comply.
This is one of the most horrific customer service experiences I've ever had. My friends and I are done with this location and will be going to MR.SUB from now on.

The 2 women don't listen when you order. My daughter orders the EXACT same sub every time she goes to Subway and not ONCE has she ever had her sub toasted.
Staff asks if she wants it toasted, she says no (as usual). The staff toasts it. When my daughter says she didn't want it toasted, and I tell them she said not toasted, they look at each other and she rolls her eyes and rather than making a new sub, she takes the warm ham and melted cheese (my daughter wanted it cold- hence the no toasting request) and moves it to untoasted bread.
Then when I go to pay I say I want a combo with a drink and 2 cookies. She gives me 2 drinks. When I say I didn't order a drink she says yes you did. I tell her " no I didn't -- I don't drink pop." Then they fish the money out of the tip jar to refund me? Why not refund me from the till???
My recommendation is to go to the Kramer location. These women don't know anything about...

When I opened the sandwich, it was packed with greens but had barely any steak or cheese—completely missing the key ingredients. To confirm, I removed the greens (as shown in the attached photo) and found that the sandwich was practically empty of steak and cheese.
It feels like this was done intentionally because I didn’t leave a tip when placing my online order. Subway is fast food, not a full-service restaurant, and tipping for online orders isn’t something I expect to be a requirement. However, it seems like tipping has become an expectation, and if you don’t, they’ll purposely sabotage your order.
