Supreme China Bistro — Restaurant in Regina

I went to their location a couple months ago at the Victoria Square Mall and was impressed with their food quality. Servings weren't as "huge" as people are claiming. Over half of my order was rice. Never the less, quite good food, so I vowed to order delivery one day. That day came last week, or so I thought. I ordered early in the afternoon, and was shocked when I was told the cook refused to make one of my entree items (hot & sour soup). I immediately cancelled my order and said I would call the following week; Perhaps they were low on ingredients? Today when I called, I was put on hold, then told they would return my call in a few minutes. Understandable, considering their popularity. Once they called back, I tried to place an order to which the cook once again refused to prepare. Undeterred, I ordered something else, the pick 3 which is advertised for 10.95. I was told that price is not correct, it is 13.95. Ok...still going to order. Once my order arrived, I dug in. The food quality, once again was quite Good, however again, more than half was rice. Decent place but would not visit again. Between the overabundance of rice, the unadvertised price increase, and the unwillingness of the cook to prepare an order I desired, my taste for their only saving Grace, the food quality,...

Ordered takeout from here for the first time tonight and was impressed! Dinner for 3. Huge portions, the mixed veggies were crisp and full of broccoli, no filler vegetables like celery and huge onion pieces. The ginger beef was very tasty, my friend said the best they’ve had. Chicken balls are good, and the red sauce was tasty (has a runny consistency). Fried rice was good, had pieces of chicken and I didn’t need to add any soy sauce to it. Spring rolls were crisp and tasty. I never like wings from Chinese restaurants, but these were fantastic, light and crispy! Very good!! This will be our new go-to for takeout Chinese in Regina. Staff was also friendly and easy to place order with.

July 2022 - Have now ordered from here several times and the food is consistently delicious. We phone in our order and the delivery driver brings our food across the city. It is alway well packed and piping hot. We make sure to tip for such great service. If you are still searching THIS...

I always tell people to go eat here for a good price and a nice large portion but after the last several orders I am sadly disappointed. I never have any issues with waiting for nice fresh portions that have a great taste but my last 5 orders have had really old dried out pieces that were lacking the flavour I'd come to know and love. After my last order where I only got 2 pieces of sweet and sour pork and my dry garlic pork tasted old tough and spongy and were cold... this was really disappointing as that is the one thing I never fail to order and that I always recommended previously. I understand things have hit businesses hard I work on the kitchen line myself but when the quality decreases and becomes unreliable I am better off making something or going elsewhere.
