Overall, my order for my main meal was right. BUT when I ordered 2 blizzards, one cookie dough, and one peanut butter cookie dough, I got what looked to be an oreo blizzard and the peanut butter cookie dough. I asked and said that the one looked wrong for my order and they took them back and then told me one was cookie dough (the peanut butter cookie dough) and the other was peanut butter cup (same as the peanut butter cookie dough). I'm disappointed and annoyed that they did not ask for clarification on what I had ordered. Probably won't return to this location for blizzards anytime soon,...

The service was awesome (smiles and politeness)and the atmosphere was very clean. But when I picked the burger I always loved from them. There was no fire sauce taste at all. The burger tasted like it was left there for hours, including the onion rings I ordered. I used to work in a fast food service, so i would know....and I always loved going there especially for their burgers. I also have friends that DQ and their food menu has went down.

Just please have someone from the corporation come and check them out. We always had that once a month at the fast food restaurant...

Went through drive-thru like one sometimes does. My complaint with this location is this is by far the slowest drive-thru i have ever been to. Everytime. No exceptions the slowest. I travel lots and have been to many locations, most locations are twice as fast. No exaggeration. Also i have noticed a growing trend at this location about portions. They are getting smaller and smaller. I usually upgrade to a poutine and its not a cheap upgrade. The portions keeps getting smaller. This time the container was mabee half full. This place is...
