September 11/ 18. I just ordered a 15" combo from Theo Bills. It was supposed to be a three topping pizza, family size Ceasar salad and a pop. I also ordered an extra pop. When the order came to me I paid for the third topping, I got a salad for two people and no extra pop that I paid for. I called the restaurant and the server said that cheese is a topping on pizza (because every pizza you order comes without cheese!) I got the free pop but there is a charge for the litre... (Right! I didn't get it!) And that's a family salad. Well it was a tasty pizza but I'll never recommend this restaurant to anyone else because I don't want more people to be ripped off for being hungry. The atmosphere has no character, very bland, dated. Only one small tv in a corner. It's basically just a place for sad souls to squander their social assistance money on VLT's.
Before coming to Bill's, I looked at the menu online, was craving a burger. They boasted hand made high quality beef patties. I was served an OBVIOUS mass produced, press formed frozen patty. Ordered the 'Ultimate'. I'd give it a 5 out 10. Definitely not worth $20. Better off going to Five Guys for that price.
