Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Renfrew

I normally have no issues with Dominos in Renfrew however this visit I didn’t have the best experience.. My boyfriend and I had ordered a medium pizza with cinna bites on the side and ranch as dip (icing comes with the cinna bites/sticks) and ranch is an additional $1.25. When we got home after picking it up we noticed we didnt get our icing or the ranch… I called to tell them and was told to go in and get it. So i did and in the end it was better the man who had resolved our situation was super nice and explained they put drivers who aren’t fully trained on the front sometimes and they don’t check the receipt like their supposed to so sometimes people don’t get everything they’re supposed to get. That is the reason I decided to even write this review because drivers who aren’t fully trained and they know that shouldn’t be put on front where they can mess up orders. Also please note I am NOT normally a karen nor am I trying to BE a Karen now just I expect to get everything I payed for not have to walk back in the cold weather and icy sidewalks just to fix a...

My Husband went into Renfrew location at 5:28 pm to order a large Pizza, the Estimate of order Ready was 5:38 pm. After sitting and waiting in the Pizzeria for his name to be called watching delivery drivers race in and out with pizza orders and staff in the back of the Pizzeria singing and goofing around. he went up to the cashier at 6:00 pm to ask why his Order wasn't ready ? The cashier returned with the Pizza box that had been sitting waiting to be picked up for the last 20 mins on the rack. He asked the cashier why his name hadn't been called ? The cashier said he thought someone was picking it up ! Then someone asked him if he would like a pop to compensate his 30 minutes waiting and being handed a cold dried out pizza !!! Really Domino's ??? I would call this a 1 star and a epic fail in the service department !!!

I ordered fairly frequently from dominos and its not some much because of the food , although pizza is pretty good , its the staff . They are always very friendly and delivery is super quick . A really good example is an order i placed where they forgot a mango habanero sauce , not big deal as they always great , 15 min or so after having got my order there's a knock on the door and there's a girl from dominos holding a container of the sauce apologizes for them having forgotten it.
