A&W Canada — Restaurant in Revelstoke

I don’t usually write reviews, but after experiencing the incredible service from Liam at A&W, I felt compelled to share. Simply put, Liam is hands-down the best employee I’ve ever encountered at any fast food restaurant — and probably beyond that too.

From the moment I walked in, Liam greeted me with genuine warmth and a smile that made me feel like a valued guest, not just another customer. He’s incredibly friendly, patient, and professional — he knew the menu like the back of his hand and made thoughtful suggestions that actually made my meal better.

But what really stood out was the way he treated everyone — customers and coworkers alike. He kept the place running smoothly during a busy rush, all while staying upbeat and calm. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about people.

A&W is lucky to have him. Honestly, if every workplace had a “Liam,” the world would be a much better place. Give this man a raise, a promotion, or at the very least, some serious recognition — he deserves it.

07:30 on Saturday morning. Ordered 2 coffees, milk and sweetner in each, and 2 cheese'n'eggers with tomato added to both.

Now, it was dead in there. There was a few seniors who'd already been served, no one in drive through and not busy at all. Amd I know the person at the till heard the order back they recited back to me every detail AND the Register display read correctly. They had NO OTHER ORDERS on the go at all.

Both coffees have absolutely no sweetner. Both cheese'n'eggers had o tomato, and NO NAPKINS AY ALL IN THE BAG. Nothing of any kind in the bag at all actually except 2 incorrect breakfast Sanwiches that the egg was vastly under cooked with the whites still drippy.

This makes my heart sad, not mad, as it was so bad.

This order was SOOO NOT RAD! it makes baby seals about to be clubbed, cry so sadly about my order that they totally forgot theyre about to be clubbed because they're too busy weeping for me. And for this, I was not glad.

But on the bright side, a huge shout out to that sweet little gasser I'm parked beside! It looks like that lil' feller has but...
