One of the best quick stop hotels we've stayed at and we travel frequently. The breakfast buffet was actually delicious and the best by far! 10 stars ✨ Joy the lady running the buffet was an absolute pleasure. She kept the place stocked and sparkling clean. She was on top of it. The pork sausage patty had lots of flavour and outranked any other hotel sausage we've tried. The room was great, your typical standard 2 bed room. It also had a comfy arm chair, comfy office/desk chair and a bench attached to the desk to sit on. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave along with coffee should you need it. The coffee on the buffet was great and they have 18% cream 🙌🏽 The buffet also offers hard boiled eggs and such that are wrapped and ready for quick grab if you're in a hurry. Lots of options 🥚🍳🧁🥯 The pool and hot tub were one of the best. The hot tub is nice and hot and very big compared to most. Both the pool and hot tub are sparkling clean and clear. Very well maintained. The pool and hot tub also have pretty lights in the evening. One of the best. Was a great place to stay. The teen kids said the slide was absolutely awesome! It goes pretty fast and was tons of fun. There's also washrooms available at the pool. The gym looked great but I didn't get to use it this time. We will absolutely return to this hotel as we take this route often. We also highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Ramada team 🙏🏽 Ooooh yes and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also the full size Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion were great! ✨ You didn't have to pump the bottle 10 times to get a tiny bit. It smelled great, worked well was greatly appreciated. We Look forward to returning on our next adventure. 🌎🌍🌏🗺️

We stopped here on the way through to Alberta for the night at the end of July on Friday. There was 1 person at the front desk and there was a line to check. When we were checking in, I asked about a military discount, and she said they do not give a military discount in the summer. Checked into the room and opened the sheer drapes and found this garbage on the window sill (see pic). The bathroom was not very clean with pubes in the shower and they were not mine. The location is good, but the train tracks are on the downhill side and there are multiple trains through the night, so insure you get the highway side (although not sure if that would be any better). A good thing about it is the included breakfast, but be sure to eat within the first hour of it opening, or you will be waiting longer to get food than it would take to go elsewhere. It is operated by CanWest Hotels. I don't know if all their hotels are like this or if this is a one-off. For the price of 292.50 per night plus tax, I would not recommend staying there. Thanks,

As out of town guests from Ontario we stayed at this location for 4 days beginning of June. Hubby and I were visiting our son who lives/works in Revelstoke. Location was perfect for day trips arond Revelstoke and the hotel was perfect to what we needed. The hotel is kept very clean. Our room was on 3rd floor overlooking the mountains. Our room was clean and we didn't need any assistance during our stay. Very quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and it had a great variety of breakfast choices. The ladies who worked in the breakfast service were lovely and so friendly. We made use of the hot tub and indoor pool. Also used the self serve guest laundry room, just need to make change and get loonies/toonies from front desk to work the machines. Very convient. Threw my laundry in while we had our breakfast .Definitely will return to this hotel next time we visit.

Nice hotel, great amenities and delicious breakfast. We overall had an enjoyable stay. However there were a couple things I was not happy with.

During my stay I booked a two bedroom suite with 3 beds with my AMA membership. I had unknowingly agreed to booking a rate for 2 people and not 6... because I thought it was a suite there would be the assumption that more than 2 would be staying anyway. When I arrived to check in 3 of us were present and the woman at the front desk informed me that there was a $20 per person charge over 2 people staying.... which was fine. She also needed to know first and last names of everyone staying in the room which I found weird. I had never had to do this before in other hotels.

When the other 3 people in our group arrived, I had not yet had a chance to tell them about this new extra charge and that they also needed to stop by the desk to pay it/give the front desk their names. So naturally, they walked by the hotel desk on the way upstairs with their luggage when they were stopped and basically interrogated about what they were doing in the hotel. The front desk immediately called the room and asked for their full names and then charged my credit card an extra $300. From my understanding the extra charge per person was described to me as $20 per person, so I was confused as to why I was charged $300. When I went down to get clarification from the front desk I was told it was $20 per person per night, which was not explained to me before. Then I was treated like I was a liar, and my friends and I were called "Inappropriate" and "rude" by the front desk staff when this was literally just a simple misunderstanding. At this point we had been at the hotel for less than an hour. Great way to start off our annual ski trip.

Obviously I'm not stoked to pay the extra $300 dollars for booking a suite that is meant to sleep 6 people anyway... but I'll pay it. I just probably won't stay here again on our annual Revelstoke trip. I would rather book a condo or house with a kitchen for the same price.

The gentleman at the front desk over night was very friendly and helpful however, and so was the housekeeping staff.

Lastly, the towels and toiletries were fully replaced everyday which I found a bit excessive. We had hung the towels we were using with the intent of using them again but they kept replacing them. By the end we ended up with a tonne of towels and unnecessary toiletries that weren't even used. As someone who tries to be environmentally conscious, I found this a...

I would give negative rating if I could.

We were stranded in Revelstoke and needed a place to stay. We requested late check out cause we did not know why our car would not start. Night staff were good. Morning staff basically kicked us out of hotel. We stayed before but looked like different staff. While I was downstairs getting breakfast, the staff walked in on my wife and told her she had to leave! When I found out and brought it to attention of front desk they apologized and said they thought we would have been gone by now.

I advised the staff of our situation and they told us they had a business to run and can not accommodate.

Previous night staff upon check in told us to let them know by noon what are plans were. We could not get our vehicle looked at and contacted 8 local shops that had no availability.

We contacted AMA and got things rolling by around noon and said we may stay another night if we could not get our vehicle started. They told us they would charge us $25 till 1pm.

If we were not out by 1pm we would get billed another full night. Requested to speak with manager, front desk told me they were either not available or not on premises. I requested that they take my phone number and get the manager to call me to discuss our options. They refused, and told us if we were not out by 1pm we would be charged.

The front desk clerk told me they need to have rooms available for accidents and if some major event happens in town. I told them we were in an emergency situation, did not change anything.

We left our room by 1pm and coincidentally the manager was in lobby when we checked out and apologized for the inconvenience, had he of known je would have accommodated us.

It was too late, we were not billed anything extra, and not sure if we will be charged $25 dollars extra?

The food was below standards... it was old. I got to the food around 8:15. They had a busy rush and departure at 7 am. So we might of had the left overs that were...
