Mango pancake: So when asked what was popular at Full House Dessert, they recommended this Mango Pancakes which was getting all the rave lately, so obviously we had to try it. Made with fresh mango, light fresh cream, and the light pancake layer. Literally three main ingredients to make this little bundle of joy To be honest I'm not a mango fan, but this I can have everyday! The cream was super light that it's almost tasteless. The pancake layer was so thin, I thought I was going to break these pillows before taking a picture! You could barely feel it in your mouth. The mango was definitely fresh and sweet. It was ALL MANGO If you love mango.... or even just like it, this is a MUST try.
Full house sago: Okay hands down love this sago dessert. It's creamy, but not heavy like heavy milk. And it has the perfect level of sweetness you can definitely tell that the mango is fresh and there were a ton of mango pieces! They surely didn't skim out on those mangoes! they used coconut milk in the dessert. Obviously small sagos were throughout. What threw me off was the pomelo! Wasn't expecting that hint of tanginess as you burst each pomelo in your mouth! It was surprising but definitely not in a bad way! 100% would recommend this to everyone. Wether you like mango or not, this is a must try.
Durian pancake: If you love durian.... or even if you are gutsy enough to try the king of fruit, then this is for you! The Duran taste isn't overwhelming but it's also not lacking! It's just right that sweet sweet sweet savoury taste of creamy durian surely brings mama lee back to her days growing up in Malaysia and Singapore The cream was super light that it's almost tasteless. The pancake layer was so thin, I thought I was going to break these pillows before taking a picture! A must try for those who are daring and for those who are already a king...
Read moreDelicious desserts coming out of here! Located in a small unit with no table or chairs, this little family owned/operated business specializes in Chinese dessert take out. I was introduced to Full House many years ago and have continued to periodically return for one of their tasty sweets. I've had the pleasure of tasting both the Mango and Durian Pancakes (one of their specialties) which are tasty little whipped cream puffs stuffed with your fruit of choice and wrapped in a delicious crepe like wrapper. I have also enjoyed their mixed fruit sago which is your typical sago dessert with mixed fruit balls, coconut milk and mango puree... yummy! While you're here you can even try the more traditional Chinese dessert soups like black sesame or almond these always hit the spot! I must say... this is definitely a "go to" place for Chinese desserts and I have yet to be disappointed when...
Read moreMy kid likes the mango pancakes there. We've been visiting this small store for years. However, we decided no more visit because we were treated rudely recently. We were told "you need to wait for at least 15 minutes" when we ordered mango pancakes. "I'm so busy. You should have called me in advanced if you want to order!" The female staff even added but didn't wait for our answer. I was shocked for the way she told me. It's not warm reminder but very serious blame. We walked away disappointedly. My primary schooler said "I don't want to visit this store anymore. She's so rude to us." I am not sure her anger to customers is because of her busy shift or only doesn't like to serve. Their food is average. But the service is poor. If you want to enjoy a delicious and warm afternoon snack. Please avoid this store. Otherwise, you have to prepare for the blame and anger from...
