My recent experience at Ariana Bakery was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Upon visiting, I was shocked to find that they had overcharged me for sweets that my daughter had purchased just the week before at a significantly lower price. Despite bringing this discrepancy to their attention, the owner, regrettably, displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.
Not only did they refuse to rectify the situation, but the owner's dismissive attitude and outright refusal to provide a refund or accept the return of the overpriced sweets were utterly appalling. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.
As a consumer, I value fair pricing and excellent customer service, both of which were sorely lacking at Ariana Bakery. It's disheartening to encounter businesses that prioritize profit over integrity and customer satisfaction.
In light of this experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering patronizing Ariana Bakery. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that not only offer quality products but also prioritize their customers' satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and choose a bakery that values honesty and treats their customers with respect. Ariana Bakery's poor service and overcharging practices are a disservice to the community, and I cannot in good conscience recommend...
Read moreI drove my mother here to pick up some bread and I saw her go in to wait in the line. Five or six people we're able to come from outside, bypass the line entirely and pick up bread and leave. I paid it no mind. The man handling the bread in the back was constantly on his phone and not sanitizing them before taking the bread out of the oven. This, is not acceptable, ESPECIALLY in the midst of a pandemic. When my mother finally gets to the front of the line after being passed by many other people, some lady comes LITERALLY from behind her and takes the last two pieces of bread. The people who run this business really need to know that just because their customers happen to also be persian, they shouldn't get preferential treatment. And hell, if you want to help out your people that's all fine and well but when there is someone who waited in line for 10 MINUTES just to get a loaf of bread, vs. A persian lady who comes into the store who says "Salaam", please help the woman who waited patiently. This is just rude, disrespectful, and classless service. I myself am Turkish and this review is not to slam any Middle Eastern people, it's just to bring attention to the favoritism shown here.
Don't go here if you aren't Persian, you probably...
Read moreI walked in and the man working there saw me at the door, he didnt even acknowledge me or said hi instead he left me waiting there for 4 or 5 minutes while he and this other lady was eating behind the counter and told me to wait and he will be right there..umm..Still standing there...Waiting.. then getting ready to leave he then comes and is not friendly at all. He then sold me some bread which was NOT fresh ...by the time i got in my car i just decided i didnt want to go back to "wait" again (lol) and to argue with this rude man. Its not worth it to let him ruin my day. So i will never come here again. I should have known the quality is bad because also when I walked in it was so empty and the place looks dirty. I will find a better, fresher and cleaner place where they know how to...
