Went here three times and got the ripped berry cause I've been looking for something healthy to have after my workouts. I switched the cranberry with strawberry every time I got the smoothie and it's fantastic. Cranberries are too tart for me. Today I go in and there's this homeless looking Asian woman that tells me that the cranberry is juice and not fruit and says I can't replace it with strawberry so she ruined my day, my workout and the place I thought I'd be buying my shakes from in the future. Not sure why she was so rude and mean about me asking for a different fruit. I was under the impression that they turned fruit into juice but not only do their shakes contain juices, they do not fully disclose the nutritional info. You may be drinking things that could ruin your diet, like glucose-fructose and cornsyrup possibly even kill someone if they have diabetes. Careful, they use plurals for fruit and singular for juice. I'll be finding a new place for health drinks that's not deceptive. In response to the owner: How did I discriminate?, I simply stated my observations, experience and how your employee made me feel. Just because I stated she looks homeless and Asian to describe her? Yet you know exactly who she is. Why would she refuse my request to change the fruit if your other employees will do it without a problem, that is discriminatory. I speculated what types of juices your company uses and when checking your website it still does not disclose that you use cranberry juice and not real cranberries. The amount of nutritional information and details are vague at best. Your approach to this was also very aggressive and you have put me off this company completely. You'll be happy to know I won't...
Read moreMy girlfriends at pilates told me to visit this place, so I decided to visit with my toddler. They said it tasted so good and they would always just order ahead. I go inside to order there, and this girl wearing a ponytail and black top looks at me and turns away and walks away to the back without even acknowledging me. I wait at the front and my child starts asking me a question and I hear this woman sighing so loud over the sink. She comes to the front and asks what I want to order while I was still deciding for my toddler and she rolls her eyes when I didn't know what to get for my son yet. Nobody else was in the store so I don't understand why she needed to have such an ugly attitude like her face. No wonder no one else was in the store. Absolutely do not recommend this place. A scam for your money. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Never take your kids here either! Shame on you...
Read moreI just want to say thank you to the staff here, and at the Vaughn location, from the bottom of my heart. Without describing my situation, I'm currently reliant on delivery food services. There was a problem with skip where my order was canceled after waiting and tracking for 45 minutes I don't know where the problem was but after phoning, they helped me and made absolutely sure I got my food and the nutrition I desperately needed. I accidentally called the Vaughn location after the order was canceled not realizing it was the wrong location, and they even phoned me back to make sure I got my food and was taken care of. I can't tell you how much this meant to me and I will not forget this kindness ️ ❤️ I felt so much better and everything was delicious, all my allergies were taken into consideration. Side note, despite the issue with skip I will still continue to use them. Uber Eats...
