I hope Dominos upper management is reading this and watching the footage from surveillance footage. I placed an online order night of Aug 02, 2024. When I arrived at the store for pickup, the employee completely ignored me and other customers. After a few min, I asked to pick up my online order, he went to bring my pizza box but forgot to wash his hands , there was liquid and sauce all over my pizza box in which i had to clean myself with tissue. I paid for my order and included tips and opened the box to inspect, when i asked why there are zero seasonings even though i included 3 types in the order, he let out a sigh and went to grab the garlic salt and pepper flakes and proceeded to drown my pizza in LAYERS of garlic salt. He said its not his fault because the holes are too big even though he could have sprinkled it carefully. He seemed surprised when I asked for a refund because the pizza now has salt as its #1 topping, I paid about $12 w/ tips before I opened the box to inspect, but he refunded me $10.20 cents and expected me to leave, even other customers were appalled by his behavior. I left because I have been a customer of this location for 5 years, I didnt' want to escalate things because there are other good hard working employees at this place. Read moreJust had a horrible experience at the Domino's at Yonge and Regatta in Oak Ridges. Ordered the $36 2 L Pizza pack and within 10 minutes the app said it was ready. Headed over to pick the food up, grabbed the food and then decided to double check when I got to the car. Instead breadsticks they gave me Cinna Stix. I was even more upset because I order from this location all the time and this isn't the first time they've made this exact mistake. I went back in and asked them to correct the order and they said they would and apologized. After 10-15 minutes they brought out the box and I walked out. I decided to check again. No marinara sauce and instead of breadsticks, they gave me cheesy bread. I just went back and said there's no sauce and they apologized again and gave it to me. To make it worse off, the parking lot was extremely slippery due to the ice storm and I slipped and fell.
I order from Domino's all the time, especially this location sometimes twice a week, but after such a major lapse in customer service, I may have to think twice about spending my money here again. First time I ordered online, the website said order was delivered but I waited another 10-15 minutes before the pizza actually arrived. Second time I ordered pizza here and that was today, they delivered the pizza to the WRONG house. Luckily my neighbours were honest and told me about the mistake.
UPDATE: I am giving this place a 5 stars because of the excellent customer service and professionalism this location staffs have handled the situation. I got a store credit back for the mistake, the staffs reached out to me on the phone and when I tried ordering today the staffs there apologized and recognized their mistake.
