An unethical restaurant with mediocre foods. Will not go back again. Most people, including me, like to go to restaurants that provide reasonable quality foods with reasonable prices, and honest and friendly services. Under COVID situation, many businesses participate in promotional campaigns to draw people to their locations to spend. This ramen place participate in Amex Shop Small promotion and enjoy the Amex lead to draw customers to the restaurant. However, when we went there to buy based on the Amex promotional lead, they refused to accept our Amex credit card. They enjoy the increased traffic from Amex campaign by participating in Amex credit card promotion, but refuse to accept Amex (yes, because Amex charges higher credit card fees than rivals), how cunning this place! This is unethical! Also, this restaurant website posted a lower menu prices. When people get there, they will automatically charged higher prices (about 15% more) without explanation and without the courtesy to tell people that the prices are higher. Besides, the people work there were cold faced and not friendly. The foods are salty and the portions are small. Had dinner here. Staff are friendly. Dishes come out quickly. Decor is nice. Seating is comfortable and in sections so offers some privacy and separation between tables.

The broth for the ramen has good flavour expect for the sweetcorn bbq pork ramen which is a little bland. The pork slices are a bit tough as well.

Noodles are a good texture. I wanted my noodles a little softer which they were happy to accommodate without it turning out too soft. Dishes are not too salty like other ramen places where it’s just loaded with salt and no flavour.

The batter on the shrimp, potato cake and chicken is light, crispy and not too oily. Really enjoyed the lychee drink as well.

I've been going around york region trying to find delicious ramen and noticed this place opened up not too far from my house. Ordered the Yokohama ramen and BBQ pork fried rice set. Came up to 15 dollars and change. I was severely disappointed in everything the store had to offer. The ramen broth was not rich at all, the noodles tasted like instant noodles and the slices of BBQ in my ramen was extremely bland. The BBQ pork fried rice that came with the ramen set was decent. The presentation was nice but the taste wasn't bad but certainly wasn't any where close to amazing. For the price I was expecting so much more. Honestly, I wouldn't take myself or anyone I know to this establishment because it's not worth the money and over all the taste was below decent.the only good thing was that my server was really nice and accommodating but you can't run a restaurant on just customer service.
