Ugh. This place man. One of the worst McDonald's ever. Always dirty and with shady characters.
The staff is rude with a lot of attitude. Not just one person, but 80% of them. And they are led by example by their own managers!
The drive thru lines are massive. Like you are in TK Homes parking lot massive.
So some time ago, I decided to come in to avoid the line because drive thru is, at that point, slower than the inside.
I ordered some coffee. I also foolishly forgot to take any water when I left home and just with my luck, I ran out of water in the car. I needed water so I can take my medications.
As I've ordered my coffee, I asked the lady if she could give me a small cup of water. She refused. I thought she was joking. I said that I just need a few ounces to take my meds. God is my witness, I would have had my meds with coffee if it wasn't too hot, but I couldn't wait for it to cool off enough. She said that we don't give water to people inside the restaurant only for the people in the drive thru. I guess they are afraid that I am going to take their cup and steal their whole monthly supply of pop? Like, huh? I said well then damn, just give me your ice cream cup of water. She refused. Only for drive thru. I said well then ok, don't give me your stupid cup, just fill some water in a cup, if I have the cup full of water already, I am not going to go and drink your precious pop. And she refused again. And with so much hostility and condescension. Oh, how mad I was, I thought that I would lose it, so I calmed down and left. Then I thought that, once I cool off, I will speak to maybe a manager or whatever because this is ridiculous and absurd! This is water! So I grabbed the receipt. A few days ago, when I was hesitant to bother, I glanced at it. Guess what? The lady who was serving me was the manager.
They can never get the order right, especially when it comes to drinks. You order the same thing off the menu and every time you get a different drink.
The ice cream machine myth lives here, they never have ice cream. Every other breakfast, they are out of hashbrowns.
I know all of these because they are the closest location and I like McDonald's coffee in general but otherwise I go out of my way to avoid this place.
A few days ago, I wanted to post this review but then thought, nah, I don't want to bother, let me just go there. I am going through drive thru, ordering a coke zero and well well well, guess what? Their carbonated beverages machine is broken so, only coffee or juices.
And then I realized that universe gave me a sign. So here...

During a recent visit to McDonald’s, we placed two mobile orders and provided both order numbers at the speaker in the drive-thru. However, when we reached the window to pick up our food, one of the orders was missing. We explained the situation, clearly stating that we had already given both mobile order numbers, but the staff member rudely insisted that we hadn’t.
After a frustrating back-and-forth conversation, the employee finally acknowledged there was an issue. Instead of resolving it at the drive-thru, she demanded that we go inside to fix the problem. Her tone was dismissive, and her behavior was unnecessarily rude. The employee in question, an Asian woman with white hair, acted in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner throughout the entire interaction.
Not only did this ordeal waste a significant amount of our time, but it also made us very late. We came to McDonald’s expecting quick and efficient service, yet we left feeling aggravated and disappointed. Mistakes can happen, but this level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable.
McDonald’s needs to prioritize proper training for employees to ensure they handle customer concerns with professionalism and respect. No one should have to endure rude behavior or lose valuable time over an easily...

I went into the McDonald’s and ordered something at the kiosk. A pack of 10 chicken nuggets and a small cup of coffee to take out. Sounds simple, right? Well, apparently not.
For starters, I didn’t have a card on me so I had to pay cash. Not a big deal. So, I go to the cash register to wait for somebody to take my money so that my food can be prepared. Instead of somebody coming to take my order, I was neglected for about 20 minutes as I stood there, waiting. Sure, it was a bit hectic because of the drive-through, people coming in for their online orders, and people paying with card at the kiosk being prioritized, but I really don’t see how hard it is for somebody to come take my money and prepare my food. The only reason that I come to McDonald’s is because it’s supposed to be fast, I’m not expecting a Michelin Star dish.
Eventually, somebody does take my money and I have to wait an extra ten minutes for once again, 10 chicken nuggets and a small cup of coffee to be prepared.
10/10 McDonald’s.
Only come here if you want to wait for 30 minutes to have sub-par food and if you’re not in a rush as coming here to grab a quick bite risks you not getting to where you must be on time.
