Not sure what happened here. Montana's was always a favorite restaurant to go and chill. I enjoy Montana's at least once ever couple of months. I haven't been to this place in a bit but the standards should all be the same. Service was great and the server was every friendly and she did go out of her way to make things right. The food we ordered: 2 chicken tacos with a baked potato, fish & chips with a side of gravy, poutine, drinks. The Poutine was drowned in very think like Elmer's glue gravy, could have used it as bearing grease. We all love gravy but easy on the sauce.... The fish & chips for what they cLled beer battered. What I though was frozen out the box pre-made... not nice but again I should have know better to get fish at a rib house. Tacos., this is what did it all in. Something was so off with that chicken. The texture and flavor was horrible..the chicken was rubber hard and burnt. Like you can taste the burnt. It was not nice at all. We did tell the server it was not good. They did ask if we wanted to swap it out but we said we rather not. They did bring a dessert to the one who ordered tacos which was nice. But none of this is nesssasary if you bring out quality first time.. we spend 80.00 for these three dishs which we are learning that it's best to stay home or keep things simple with small fast food chain. Last Saturday, my girlfriend and I visited this restaurant for the very first time. I arrived stressed from work, extremely hungry, and looking forward to a good meal, a relaxing atmosphere, and a nice cold beer.

From the moment we sat down, we were taken care of by Suryansh, who truly delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, recommending two dishes that were absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Thanks to his suggestions, we discovered new favorites that will definitely make us come back again.
