2 times I have ordered from this particular location and everytime the disappointment level goes up. I have tried from your different locations viz, Chester, Queens and College street, so I know the taste. But this particular location in Richmond hill- Elgin Mills I don't understand why you do this. First time I ordered poutine and added note for extra gravy - to my disappointment only the top had the gravy and my poutine was dry. Next time I ordered chicken shawarma wrap - the wrap was sloppy, after a bite it ripped opened and what was interesting is it did not have shawarma chicken it had kabab pieces. I did not order kabab wrap, were you too lazy to cut the shawarma chicken and make the wrap or thought I would never realize? Along it I had ordered Jr beef shawarma- the beef was over cooked, as in BURNT and 1 piece of baklava. The baklava was extremely dry. Unfortunately since the wrap was extremely sloppy I couldn't take a pic but I did take a pic of the dry baklava. The sole reason why your location is still operational because there's no other shawarma place nearby and you are halal. Who puts kabab pieces in a wrap? Like are you serious. I asked them to provide me the managerโs number, both girls looked at each other & started laughing. Told me to google the number and call the manager & started giggling again. One of the girls came up by the table & was like โhow may I help you, i am the managerโ โฆif she was the freaking manager then why would she stand there laughing with the other girl the wholee 10min i was there??? These restaurant owners really be opening restaurant & they just sit in their home & waiting for the money in their bank account. Why not come to ur Own store & see how rude these staff can be behind the counter. Returned all 4 box worth $75 & went to the one in markham & I told them about the experience i had here, they were sorry to hear it. They offered me a free drink & said โNo customer should be treated the way they treated you guys at the richmond hill locationโ.
The reason I took the food back there, cause i asked for greek salad for all 4 boxes (extra $4) but only 2 olives, no cucamber, very little of cheese. Little rice & the beef was Soo bad & very little that made me to drive 20min back to return them at 9pm. The staff made soo frastraded.

The staff member told me that only chicken on the rox is available (which is quite absurd to me considering there should be 8 protein options and 3 base available). I attempted to proceed in ordering the customizable Oz Box - but the cashier had no idea what I was talking about... I pointed at their sign, read it out loud to her and she was still confused about what I was trying to order. She called a staff member out from the back, who then told me that I "cannot" customize my Oz Box. I'm couldn't quite follow what the confusion was; the Oz Box slogan is literally, "BUILD YOUR PERFECT MEAL". More importantly, I was not trying to customize anything beyond picking my protein, base and salad - which was the whole selling point of the Oz Box. So if he's telling me that I CANNOT customize my Oz Box, then what is the point of having this option on the menu? It was clearly a lack of product knowledge at this franchised location and that lack of product knowledge from the staff members really translated into an interaction that was unnecessarily rude.
