Persian Kebab House — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

The food was not bad except the fact I found 3 hairs in my lamb shawarma which really made me not want to eat. The people that worked their did not greet us when walking in and when I said hello first. Then when I sat down to eat they gave me a salad with onions and tomatoes, but the problem was that they gave me the butt of the lettuce which is supposed to be thrown out. When they gave me a pita bread or naan bread, it wasn't fresh, you could tell it was store bought and just heated up in a microwave and when they gave it to me it was in a red basket, the ones they use for wings but it had no paper or anything on the bottom and who knows what things they could have put on it. Another concern I have that they don't give you napkins they give you a Kleenex box instead. Lastly I was the only one their and some of the tables had dirty plates and crap all over them which told me instantly, that it is run like a pigsty.

I would not recommend this restaurant in any way shape or form. They need to get their act...

Let me say this, i saw few negative reviews before i order but thought maybe hey are few really picky customers with very HIGH expectations...the story begings with me ordering food from Skip the dishes with drinks and just received my order,first the drinks were missing and i asked the driver incase if she missed and she said the restaurant only gave her the food also dressingfor the salad. Second we are in the middle of pandemic and the food was packaged in a vegetable box which only they know where they got it from... in the storage? On the floor which it was kicked around few times by employees? How many people touched that box before ended up in your resturant...You do not even have a box, bags or anything to use for packaging? That being said the opening is the same size as the food container. I refer you to the pick i just posted

I have to say this place has one the most tastiest shwarma wrap/sandwich I've ever had. Just becareful with all the amazing juices that come out of the great wrap. Keep it in the wrapper and when you are done you can drink the last bit of.juice left in the wrapper. Took my son here once and he keeps asking to.go back. So.we had it for dinner tonight. The wife got the chicken shwarma plate with the special rice. Wow I see why they call is special. Again the most tastiest rice I have ever had from a Middle eastern restaurant.

Please go and try it out for yourself. I can almost guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

The flavours you will.have in you mouth will make you smile and say to yourself "finally a review that actually lives up to it's word"

I am already trying to figure out when will be the next time I go back.
