Wish there was an option for zero stars. It is unbelievable how this place is still in business with such shady business practices. I ordered two foot longs then asked for a beverage since the coupon required it (foot long and another for $0.99 if a beverage is ordered). He then asks, "Which coupon?" then proceeds to take my coupon. After I use the app to earn points and pay, he attempts to proceed with the next customer without giving me the receipt. I ask for the receipt and to my shock he did NOT redeem the coupon. He tells me, "You never gave me a coupon." Then I point to the coupon right in front of him and then gives it back to me. He says he can't re-do the transaction and says he could offer me "$5" in cash (the savings from the coupon was $11.50ish). Another thing I noticed he actually charged me for a medium drink when I had asked for a small. Then he runs off to take care of the next customer and tells me, "Yeah, go ahead, call head office, it's in America." He even threatened to call security as if I did something wrong. Seriously, folks, AVOID this place period; he does not deserve to be in business PERIOD. Another 1-star review mentioned "...an old man with glasses" took one green pepper and broke into 4 pieces when the customer had asked for additional green peppers (had to ask 2-3 times). Clearly this "old man with glasses" is the FRADULENT, penny-pinching owner. Complained to head office and reprimand this unethical franchisee and does not get the money from this transaction. Absolutely atrocious and appalling.

On July 4th about 3:30pm I bought a footlong italian and found a hair stuck in the bread. Upon closer look the hair was stuck in the bread meaning it was there prior to baking or during roasting (hair was between the bread and the white paper lining used when putting into oven). Took it back and the the lady working there just went “oh..” and took it behind the counter. Then another old lady comes only handing me $10 when it costed $11.86. She then handed me another $1.80 which only totals to $11.80. Finally after a third time she gives me the correct refund of $11.86. Since technically this still isnt a proper refund since i paid by card I asked if it was possible to lookup past transaction and just void the it. I work in customer service too so I know that usually this is possible. The old lady got mad saying how theyre supposed to find the transaction that its not possible. However I know that if past transactions can be looked up the last digits of the card used and the price can be used to identify which transaction to void. I don’t care about not receiving the exact refund but what annoyed me enough to post a review was the attitude of both workers. Not a single apology, but rather the old lady got mad saying its not their fault or their problem. Wouldn’t have cared too much about this incident had they apologized.

This is the second time at this Subway and same worst experience both the times. Never ever coming back to this Subway. Ordered both subways in Italian herbs and cheese bread but instead they used normal bread and neither they asked me over the call nor they informed me while picking up the order. I got to know when i reached home and started eating. First time i ordered potato rings with subway and instead they gave me 1 cookie saying potato rings are not in stock since long. For $1.99 potato rings they gave me $0.99 cookie and when I confronted the about this price difference the lady pretended as if she doesn’t understand what I’m saying and said don’t know why you’re taking Cookie its not good for baby. I wonder who told her that this is for baby. Why would i gave the cookie to my baby. I know very well whats good and whats bad for the baby. I have a 13 months old baby else definitely i would have gone back and asked them to give me the exact order which i placed. Like others mentioned the overall subway toppings were not at all close to what i had at other subway locations. This experience is so bad that I’m never gonna return here.

I visited this branch a couple of days ago with my sister and there was a persian lady with blonde hair that took our order. I wasn’t planning on leaving this review because they don’t even worth the time but I decided to just because this place has to work on its both hiring process and customer services! So, my sister and I had two coupons that we wanted to redeem and when my sister asked her to redeem them for us. She told us that we can’t redeem two coupons in the same transaction and then my sister asked her to put them under two different transactions and then she told us “no because you are together”. I have redeemed coupons before and it’s very usual to redeem two coupons under two transactions. The part that was really pissed me off and was out of respect was absolutely her tone of voice and saying that even McDonald has the same policy for redeeming coupons. She failed to realize that I’m getting food from SUBWAY NOT McDonald, and guess what? You could absolutely do this in McDonald! Also, the amount of things she put in sandwiches was ridiculous. I couldn’t even see the tuna in my sandwich! For a moment I thought I don’t even have tuna in my sandwich because I was just biting on the bread. Also, I would really like to say here that she should try to work on her customers service rather than telling me about...
