Location is clean inside and noew but go by there basically every day. Cleanliness again an issue with the gloves touching the food and many other surfaces. This is why I left another location at Bayview 16rh. I have had to toss my bagel many times because of this. I'm not going to waste my time going badk for that. Management should bear down on this issue. It's become increasingly common at ALL Tim Hortons which has gone totally downhill in several locations in Richmond Hill. People with colds serving food. Just not acceptable and against health regulations. If you have employees who are sick send them home please. PS I don't want a standard boilerplate "thank you for your concern ... reach out to our customer team etc....." just address the problem. Read moreI think this is the worst service that I ever had. I was standing at the counter for five minutes, and no one ever come to serve me. I saw people running around at the drive-thru. One of the rude staff told me it was my problem that I was standing at the wrong side and that side was not opened. But unfortunately, there’s no sign to show me it was closed. The rude staff said there was someone standing at the back of the other side…. But trust me, she was hiding at the back and not standing at the front of the counter. Otherwise, I would see her since I’m not blind. I ordered a coffee without sugar., but the lazy hiding staff gave me the wrong order. Read moreI come to this Tim Hortons at least twice a week, and their service is hopeless. I wonder how many bad reviews it would take for them to realize customer service is important. I feel awkward being the patron and only one expressing thanks for the “service” I am provided. The staff here are have poor communication, abrupt, and rude. Who hands food to people and look the other way? Every single time. I don’t think I am being impolite when I place my order or when I receive my food. I say please and thank you.
