I had a truly delightful experience at Popeyes Kitchen. I had ordered a Family Meal and the crew member, Upasana, very politely asked me to wait for 5 minutes so that she could serve fresh and hot chicken. The Manager, Sanam, came forward, offered free gravy, and even apologised for the little delay. Honestly, the short wait was completely worth it as the food was piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. What impressed me the most was the heartfelt service and cheerful attitude of both Sanam and Upasana. My best wishes to Sanam and her team. Punctuality is always good quality and I wish the team in Popeyes (Ironwood) learn this.

I arrived at the location after 7 pm and there are three groups before me. I thought it would be quick but apparently, I was wrong. Somehow it took the cashier 20+min to order for three groups. I understand this location is new, which may cause some delay - that's fine.

When I ordered, I am advised that the meal may take 10 min waiting time. I had to deliver the meal to my friend in 25 min, which would be okay (10 min waiting + 10 min driving). However, after 30+ min waiting, with literally 5 groups behind me received their orders, I still haven't received anything. I felt upset with the service as well as the response from the team. And of course, I was late for my friend's appointment.

It should be easy - the team should advise the reasonable and actual waiting time to the customer. If I can wait, I will wait for my order; If I cannot afford the waiting time, I can simply choose something else. But if you told the customer a waiting time, please commit to it, and...

I recently visited Popeyes and had the pleasure of being served by Jasleen. From the moment I approached the counter, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made a positive impression. She was attentive and took the time to explain the menu options, ensuring I understood the various meal combinations available.

Jasleen was efficient in taking my order, and I appreciated her patience as I took a moment to decide. Throughout the process, she maintained a professional attitude, even during a busy rush. When my order was ready, she double-checked to ensure everything was correct, which is always a nice touch.

The food itself was delicious, as expected from Popeyes, but it was Jasleen's exceptional service that made the experience memorable. Her positive energy and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a customer. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied not only with the food but also with the overall experience.

I highly recommend visiting this Popeyes location and hope to have Jasleen serve me again...
