When first approaching the counter, I was greeted by a lady who could barely muster a smile, let alone love for her fellow human being.
With a look that resembles the petulant gaze of a YouTube teenager who would later shoot up a high-school in a nightmare killing spree and the attitude to match, one immediately regrets entering the human to human interaction that comes with ordering food.
After ordering, your mind slowly digresses from dejection to disgust as the fry cook brazenly prepares your meal without sanitary gloves, making one realize that they have just entered a game of culinary Russian roulette at the worst point in time possible; while traveling.
I asked myself how such a place could stay open, and the answer is simple. This answer is the same answer to the questions of: how can these employees stay hired? If the employees hate this position so much, why not work elsewhere? Answer: Desperation.
Management desperate for workers puts up with a lot. Workers desperate for pay continue to show up to an existence they hate. Travel weary passengers are desperate for comfort food.
This establishment is the fast food equivalent of a rusted out old beater of a car. It barely does its job, the experience is terrible, there are options that are not available, and it is a miracle no one has died.
To be fair, the food was excellent and the vibe in the airport is fantastic, by far the only thing going for this place.

Gurleen, the trainee Bobby, another staff serving Palwinder, the trainer, I forgot to ask if he's the manager or supervisor. All wonderful! Really appreciate their services. The very first A&W that give me the fabulous impression and great interactions with customers, I will never forget.

They enter your order on the touch screen then touch their shirt, then their face and then adjust their pants and then used their bare hands when picking up your burger by the bun and putting it in the wrapper. The staff looked like an extra from the walking dead series. I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and she moved like molasses to get ketchup and then when I asked again if they had mayo she just looked at me blankly as if unfrozen from the ice ages and slowly started moving down the counter.
