I ordered custom cake from this location (No 3 Road) for my brother’s birthday!

Upon trying to place the order online it was giving me a timeframe that wasn’t working with the event that was happening as I missed the order window for the next day, I followed the website’s instructions to call the store directly to see if they would be able to do it, I called the location and told them my situation and they were more than happy to accommodate the cake I needed in time!

I was explained how to send all the information over via e-mail and how to send the photos in the correct format, I received a confirmation e-mail follow up upon the store opening the following day with the pickup time.

When we arrived there was no line and we were able to go up and get the cake by name! The cake was absolutely STUNNING! Probably one of the best cakes I’ve ever gotten from a Dairy Queen! The photo was placed perfectly and the writing was beautiful! They looked at all notes left (the message and how I would like the picture placed, writing and icing colours) and my family and I couldn’t be more happy with it!

Original Comment - I visited this afternoon at 4 PM. We are REGULAR customers and I ALWAYS get a receipt with the item breakdown as we need this for the office. Once I paid for my order today, I asked for the receipt and the man at the counter refused to give it to me. I was very surprised about this and upon pressing further he said "we are not allowed" (absolutely laughable). I asked him since when? He looked like he didn't have an answer but then finally told me two weeks. I told him I just got a receipt from this very location a few days ago. When I asked for his manager, he said he wouldn't connect me to him/her. I don't know his name, but I do have his photo. It seems like this person has not been properly trained. Arguing with a customer over a receipt !? My 10 year old kid could not believe how the employee behaved and told me he wouldn't want to come here again.
