I didn’t even want to give them even one star. It my first time when i had such a bad experience at an A&W. Huge disappointment on customer service. We had two coupons on a mobile app where A&W offered us one coupon for two teens and two chubby for 11.99. But when we showed the coupon to the staff they said that they dont accept those coupons. I explained him that these coupons are not expired and there was nothing mentioned on the coupon that the coupons are not accepted at that particular location. On the other hand coupons were given by the head office of A&W and i think that a A& W should always honour their coupons. Secondly, We asked him and paid extra to add lettuce and onion in our chubby burgers and when we took back the burger, their was no sign of them being sorry about messing our order up.
At end I would like to say that if A&W donot honour their coupons then they should not hand them out to just attract customers. Also i am attaching the receipt and the coupons thing which i showed him, Please respond back with a reply. Food counter attendant's colleague, another lady behind the servicing attendant, fetched my order packed inside bag, without asking names first, to another seated table guest in waiting, that guest looks surprised and hesitated, touched the rim of the bag but luckily not touched food before the first attendant stopped it. They prefer chatting loudly with their own language all the time in public that I think it's rude. They don't care the food is ready to serve the customer.
