I have never in my life been so frustrated. My children waited in line for over an hour. The store had maybe 8 orders ahead of them. I was circling the building walking the dog so wasnāt in the store to see what was happening but kept poking my head in and saw them in line nicely (they are teenagers not small children) but they kept saying these workers are just messing up every order taking forever. So they finally get their food. One of the sandwiches is wrong. Like not the same sandwich they gave him The wrong one in the bag. Didnāt notice until I dropped them to the soccer field. So I mobile ordered the correct sandwich at 12:49 pm. It said ready by 1:05pm. I have it extra time even knowing how slow there are. Now I have a starving kid needing to eat between soccer games. Now Iām 90 mins into a simple subway stop. I go at 1:20 to pick up the sandwich and itās not ready despite the app saying ready for over 15mins. I ask. Heās very rude. Says he has a bunch of orders ahead of mine and it will be at least 30 mins. I left and came back. I now got my sandwich at 1:37 TWO HOURS from when these kids first got in line and itās toasted which it wasnāt supposed to be but at this point heād eat anything. Iāve never been so frustrated with something so simple. Two hours to get an order is beyond ridiculous not to mention the time commitment and wasted driving back and forth checking in something so simple. Iām so angry and will be posting this to the restaurants review page Iām just so in shock at this level of incompetence at a very simple fast...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in Richmond BC. There are quite a few Subway locations and I can choose between a couple of them. I usually go to the location at 3rd and Williams because itās easier to park. Iāve always received good customer service and the products are pretty fresh. That was not the case last night at all. I went at 7:30pm and the man that was working was miserable. I understand bad days, I do, sometimes customers are terrible or things arenāt going well. I have worked many customer service positions myself. Never ever have I experienced a situation like last night. The man didnāt want to sell me 12 cookies because he needed some for the case. Those were his exact words. I asked him the question āyouāre not willing to sell me cookies?ā He replied āmaybe a few but not 12ā I was really shocked and he could tell so he offered that he could maybe sell me an assorted box but that he would have to pick them. I said no (because I canāt eat the cookies with chocolate) and felt like getting really angry at him but I didnāt. Iām not that kind of person. I would want to know if I was the owner of the store. I donāt know about you but if I am working with the intention of selling goods and services, thatās what I do. Laziness...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a regular here for almost 3 years. 1-2 sandwiches every week. I always speak highly of the staff and theyāve, for the most part up until today, been great. Today (April 8, 8:57pm), the service was quite horrible and the person making my food was extremely rude. I was polite the entire time, and I stated my order asking for extra onions before anything else. I didnāt need a whole lot of other ingredients and I specifically told her. A ton of red onions, jalapeƱos, and crispy onions, with a little bit of lettuce and tomato. The person gave me the wrong amount of each, which is fine. Everyone makes mistakes; however, I then asked if I could have some more onions. She looks at me displeased, pulls a single strand of the smallest onion left in the tub, puts it on one sandwich, then wraps both up and basically rushes me out. She was silent the entire time upon ordering and was fairly rude in her attitude towards me. Iām most upset about the glare the single piece of red onion she put on my sandwich. I wasnāt rude, I didnāt talk back....
