Terrible customer service. Usually whenever I go to get KFC for my family I would always have coupons on my cellphone and every time I would go there they would always accept my coupons and I have been going to this location for many years. However, this time when I went I had my coupons on my cellphone, I showed her my coupons on my cellphone and she said I can’t accept it cause it was on my phone and she could only give me 1 order not 3 keep in mind this is for my family and not just for myself. She said since your the only one in here you only get 1. I said to her as well that I always come here and they would always accept my coupons when its on my phone she said sorry but those are the rules and then I said to her my mom is in the car she cant get out cause she had knee surgery and she had the gall by saying to me that too bad your mom had surgery and she cant get up then she said I'm getting the manager SAHEETA by the way this manager is new. So, the manager SAHEETA came out and said you can only get 1 these are the rules and have been for many years and also said you either get one or you can get out from here. At the same time, when I was talking to these ladies I was calm and polite and not being hostile but those ladies thought I was which is ridiculous. Anyways, I said to her I'll just take 1 order then I said this how you treat your customers telling them to get out when they want food plus I said your customer service is awful and I'll be writing a review after my order was done she packed my order and the bag which she packed it in was bad and it ripped cause my 1 order didn’t fit in that tiny bag and also didn’t t offer my any sauce which is what your supposed to do at the end. In conclusion, I think that both the manager SAHEETA and the cashier were both racist towards to me based on my skin colour (dark) and also treated me poorly cause the way that I dressed and didn’t think that I was going to pay for my food and finally I think that both SAHEETA and the cashier were inconsiderate of the fact that my mom had knee surgery and literally couldn’t come out from the car. The Manager SAHEETA and cashier should get fired they’re are both not professionals SAHEETA doesn’t know whats she’s doing mostly cause I've witnessed it a couple of times, and the cashier was new and was just rude and had so much attitude towards me. Read moreif i could give 0 stars i would. I had a truly disappointing experience at the KFC on Number Three Road that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was off. The place had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to enjoy my meal even before I ordered.
When I approached the counter, I encountered an Indian lady who seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in providing good customer service. Her attitude was quite dismissive, and when I asked about the menu, she responded curtly. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, I believe I was overcharged for my meal. When I tried to address this issue, she not only refused to acknowledge the mistake but also escalated the situation. Instead of resolving the problem, she raised her voice, creating a scene that drew attention from other customers. I felt embarrassed and frustrated as she threatened to throw out the food I had already paid for.
To top it all off, the chicken I received was soggy and lacked the crispy texture I expect from KFC. It was far from appetizing, and combined with the foul smell in the restaurant, I couldn’t bring myself to enjoy the meal at all.
