I was at the USA border joe and juices on Monday. The store was completely packed and customers were being super rude while only 3 people were working. There was one girl who was dashing around the store making the juices trying to get the orders out as fast as she could. When it was my turn to order she helped me and was being so nice and welcoming. She helped me figure out what I should get since it was my first time at this store. The juice was called rebuild. She insisted that I try the tuna sandwich. I was iffy about it at first since I’m not the biggest fan of tuna but she convinced me and I ordered it. It was so delicious and I was so grateful of her astonishing service. She didn’t have a name tag on so I asked her what her name was and she said it was Sanjam. Before it was my turn to order I also saw her helping other customers that were being super rude but she was still super calm and polite to them although they were very harsh. Also, while I was in the line up I was talking to somebody who had been here the day before. They told me that near closing time a blind lady came up to the shop and asked if she could have a juice. The supervisor who had blonde highlights was being extremely rude to the lady. And the lady started bawling but the supervisor rushed away to gossip with her teammates while the lady was still trying to ask for help. So, Sanjam walked over to the lady and helped her with what she wanted. Although it was closing time she went out of her way to help the lady while the supervisor was just saying snarky things about the lady to her teammates. Overall, I absolutely loved the service and would definitely recommend and come...

Ordered here may 7th.
At first when I went the woman working the cash said they are closed. I was confused because their hours online say until 10 pm, it was 9 pm when I went. I said that to her and she said no they close at 9. After that I went extremely far away to get food instead. When I came back since my gate was nearby I saw her serving other customers. I asked the woman why she told me she was closed while she was serving other customers. She said her supervisor told her they are open. How are you closing and you don’t even know the time you’re supposed to close at?
I asked her how she doesn’t know the time you’re supposed to close at and she ignored my question then rolled her eyes at me and asked what I want. I asked for any compensation since I was lied to and spent money somewhere else for no reason. She then rolled her eyes at me again and asked what I want. I then ordered and she turned the cash machine at me with attitude.
When receiving my food she basically threw it in my hands and I was about to drop the food. When opening the tunacado the tuna was spilling everywhere because she wrapped it messily out of spite. Ended up only eating half of the tunacado since the rest was too hard to eat without it dropping everywhere.
I have never experienced such poor customer service. Joe and the juice probably hires anyone at this point. She is terrible and should not have a job. She was the Indian woman without the glasses working on may 7th near closing. It would help if she has a name tag but...
Read moreInitially was really excited about this cute place in YVR. Thought their “sandwich donation” initiative was also a nice idea and was happy to participate. The latte was pretty good, and I enjoyed the sandwich. The girl who served me was friendly and bubbly. Unfortunately I spilled some latte on my white sweater. Wanting to act quickly I asked a different girl at the counter if there was any soap (whether dish soap or hand soap) they could give me (which would also save me from hauling my stuff from my seat to the restroom). She said no, pointed to a napkin and told me I could use that. I explained it wasn’t working on my sweater. A few minutes later I approached the counter and asked the girl who initially served me if there was any kind of soap they could spare. The initial girl said they had no soap, and pointed to the hand sanitizer for customers. I explained I was worried it wouldn’t work, and the friendly lady who initially served me offered to go get me some soap. It appeared the other lady pulled her aside, and the the first girl returned telling me she couldn’t . I am not sure if there is a lack of hand hygiene/ soap at this restaurant, or if the one person working is just a gate keeper of soap in her spare time, but was so disappointed in the lack of customer service. Decided against a smoothie or ever returning. The latte was...
