Read moreStood at the front of the line for a good 15 minutes and I was yet to be served. I could see them walking around, chatting with each other, laughing, and making some side eye looks as the line grew longer. I had to ASK to order and I could clearly see on the screen that there were no pending orders that they were working on so it was a little confusing as to why they were not serving anyone. Everyone in the line was confused as to why they weren’t serving anyone for a good 15 minutes. When I walked up to the table to ask an employee, “Am I able to order,” they proceeded to look at me, then look at each other, then look annoyed that I asked to order????
One of the employees then served me but was quite rude in how she took the order. Saying things like “what else” after I said an item. The overall tone was just off putting.
Kinda disappointed. Don’t usually write bad reviews but this was not a great experience at all.
Edit: After seeing other reviews stating that the long times were due to short staff - this was not the case. I could count 5 employees just in front working on NO ORDERS. So not too sure how they could be too busy to even take an order in a 15 minute timespan.
I also attended the Tim Hortons on March 5th, 2023 at 3:45pm and didn’t get served...
Read moreVery bad experience here. I like using mobile app offer in Tim stores. But when I activated an offer and ordered, the receptionist said she didn’t understand, I showed her the mobile offer and she ordered for me. When I paid and mentioned about why amount is different with the offer. She said it maybe because my offer wasn’t activated. I asked to cancel and reorder. She said transaction cannot be cancelled. I asked to refund and was declined by her without reasons. Then I took the receipt and told her don’t make the order as I am didn’t take this service. I am pretty sure if there was a mistake happened in the payment or transaction, previous Tim stores did help me get cancelled and refund. Then I flied to person airport and ordered the same thing, the professional receptionist told me Tim mobile offer doesn’t apply to airport store, I understood and ordered with original price. Just wanna pointed out the unprofessional staff in Vancouver airport and it is ridiculous that you pushed the...
