While it is within a stone’s throw from many of Richmond’s other Eat Street offerings, this establishment is truly special because it combines great desserts, snacks and drinks in a unique social setting.

As we stepped off from the main street, it felt as if we were transported to a quaint countryside cottage. The dining space was memorable with its (faux) brick wall interior, countless framed pictures on the wall, and the space illuminated by lamplight that was gentle on the eyes. There was a calm evening breeze from the window, and a light background hum from the conversation of the other visitors.

The menu items had considerable range and variety. There was enough selection in there to impress not only grandma over tea and sandwiches, but also a large group of mates for a post-dinner dessert session.

My wife and I were impressed by their Strawberry Crepe and Caramel Pudding over a milky slushy. The crepe was made to order with fresh cream and fruit. The Caramel Pudding was melt-in-the-mouth and its sweetness meshed with the refreshing shaved ice beneath it.

Both desserts were enjoyable when paired with our drinks: the bitterness of the coffee helped wash down the heavier flavours of the pudding and cream, and the warm Tofu and Red Bean (豆腐花ēŗ¢č±†) drink, being lighter in flavour, was a great choice to finish the night with.

Keep this place in mind the next time you and your group are after a leisurely spot to chat and snack the night away. The description is...

I had a very lovely experience at this cafe the other day. I was searching for a nice cafe to relax and have some dessert with my friend after our hotpot session and found this cute place right nearby. The exterior looked very unassuming and low key which gave us a nice surprise when we walked in. Inside was an extremely cozy vibe and the service was equally warm. Very friendly lady helping us and was attentive to our needs. Food and drinks were good and prices are good too :) I knew I was coming back again after only 10 minutes being there. The cherry on top was when my friend had to leave before me and I was left sitting alone at the table. The waitress left me alone to wait (I was waiting for my friend to pick me up) and offered some water for me. Later when they got busier, they needed to use my table since it was a big one we got earlier. I was expecting to just leave since I don’t want to take up their space, but our waitress kindly offered up a small table for me to wait inside so I won’t be cold. I will remember...

I absolutely love this restaurant! The cozy ambiance makes it the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a leisurely chat. šŸ’¬ There are lots of lovely mugs decorated in the restaurant.

They offer savoury snacks, drinks and desserts. There’s something for everyone. Their tiramisu is my favourite so far. I find myself coming back specifically for this delectable treat. It’s moist and has the right level of sweetness and bitterness. The perfect blend of flavours and textures makes it an irresistible delight. It’s a must try! Their fruit teašŸ«– and wafflesšŸ§‡ are delightful too! I’d love to try other menu items in the future.

Staff is attentive and nice. Their hospitality adds an extra layer of charm to the place.

Overall, this restaurant has become my go-to spot. Whether it’s the cozy atmosphere, the vareity of snacks and drinks, or the irresistible tiramisu, there’s something special that keeps drawing me back. Highly recommended!

There’s free parking. Cash...
