A very disappointing experience with one of the employees at this company, Mr Vinay Krishna. During a recent phone conversation, the individual used inappropriate and unprofessional language, which I found completely unacceptable. It's unfortunate when a single interaction can leave such a negative impression, especially when representing a business.
