I tried this place when they were giving out free sandwiches. They weren’t too busy in the evening when I got there. I ordered the southwest club no bacon and they didn’t have sliced avocado but didn’t tell me? I would have changed my sandwich choice if I had known. So it was just bread, meat, sauce, and onions. They grilled it so I asked for the avocado and thats when they let me know they were out of avocado and apologized which is fine so I asked for guacamole instead. I understand it’s free but I’m also experiencing the customer service for the first time too and it was a bit disorganized. I don’t know maybe they were tired so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. The bread options are limited and they’re not like subway or Quiznos where it’s got cheese or any seasoning on the bread. It’s just a regular sandwich I could make at home to be honest. I guess if you’re looking for something quick & healthy that doesn’t have a lot of seasoning or flavour, this is the place to be.

We came here on November 11, 2024 around their grand opening week. And since then we came back oa few weeks after to see of their quality or portions have kept up. Nope. I ordered their stampeder this time around and let me tell you they literally reduced their portion sizes by more than half. Take a look at what their sandwiches used to look like. Now they are meager and way less in portions. So very very disappointed. I won't be back. Their service is still good but they must've realized that they couldn't sustain those sorts of portions and stopped immediately after. Too bad so sad. I won't be back.

Visited Press'd for their grand opening today and I must say I'm... Im-press'd... I'm here all week, folks. I got the chipotle chicken club sandwich and it was very good. The bread was soft with a nice crisp from the toasting and everything was flavourful and well seasoned. You can't argue with the price either. What a great value. I work in the area and will definitely be back to explore more of their menu.

Since Press'd opened up in Richmond, BC, this is now my favourite place to eat (amongst 20+ other restaurants in the Ironwood District).

The food is SPECTACULAR, original, AND healthy - nothing comes close to it. And when I say "healthy", it's not the boring kind. Their menu is very unique, with so many choices, that you wouldn't even notice you were eating "healthy" (which is a GOOD thing)!

I, myself, am a Vegetarian. The options for vegetarians AND vegans are GREAT. They will also customize your order to ensure you are getting what you are craving at the moment (for me, it's usually the "Green Goddess", with extra sprouts, AND Vegan Chicken; sometimes their Cheese & Broccoli Soup which is like NONE OTHER - so thick and creamy; plus - of course - their unique cookies!).

Now let's talk about their CUSTOMER SERVICE. A very important aspect to me (you're not just a "number" here - they take care to listen to what you want, make eye contact - rare these days - and are all appreciative of your business)! All the employees are great - they CARE about their establishment and it's very obvious, right down to their clean washrooms.

Although all employees are fabulous, I would like to highlight a worker named "PINKY". I've never met someone so special in the food industry like her (and I'm in my 50's). I'm not even kidding and I hope this doesn't embarrass her)! But, oh my goodness, if you are lucky enough to have her serve you, it won't be regretted. As soon as you walk in the door, she REMEMBERS your name (if you told her your name, of course) AND remembers what your favourites are. I believe she travels a great distance to show up and leave from work. But you would never be able to tell. She is a DELIGHT, never seems negative, does your order in a timely fashion, and never stops SMILING. Her smile lights up the whole room. If there's no line-up for service, she takes the TIME to get to know you. And you can tell it's not fake - she's absolutely genuine. She's beautiful inside and out, and I truly hope you get to meet her and have her make your order for you. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. (If you're the Manager reading this, please pass this commendation to Pinky, as she should know how lovely she is and to thank her for the hard work - she deserves it.)

In conclusion, I would HIGHLY recommend a visit to Press'd in Richmond. I don't write many reviews, but this establishment really blows others out of the park and I wanted to express that. Please have a visit - you'll see what I mean.

Thank you to all the staff and management; you're doing great, WITH quality food, and a nice choice/change for many that are missing that...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Sandwiches and Great Service!

I recently visited Press’d Sandwich Shop, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere. The sandwiches are simply incredible—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and perfectly balanced flavors. I tried the Roasted Chicken & Mushroom sandwich, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the filling was both hearty and delicious.

The staff was welcoming and made great recommendations, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. The shop itself is cozy and clean, with a great vibe that makes you want to hang out and enjoy your meal. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of drinks and sides to complement your sandwich.

Overall, Press’d Sandwich Shop is a must-visit if you're a sandwich lover. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu....
