Today, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. I went to Starbucks (Ironwood) for lunch, a store I visit every day where I always order the same drink. However, today, I noticed that all the staff were different from the usual team who know me well. I ordered my usual drink, but first, I waited a long time without receiving it, even though I was the only customer. When I finally received my drink, it was hot instead of cold. I informed them that it was incorrect and requested a cold drink. When they made the cold drink, they included only two pumps of syrup instead of the five I always request. I pointed out the mistake and showed my receipt, which confirmed the usual five pumps. The staff member insisted I had ordered two, became visibly upset, rolled her eyes, and grudgingly added the extra syrup without apologizing. Both the cashier and the barista made mistakes with my order: the cashier misordered the size and temperature despite me showing my previous receipt. The barista who made the drink was extremely rude. I’m completely confused about what I might have done wrong. If the staff were aware that I visit this store every day, would they have treated me differently? This experience was both surprising and disappointing, especially given the typically high standards of service I have come to expect from this store. Starbucks should address these issues, as this behavior is driving...
Read moreThe staff here probably already know me as the picky customer with very specific orders. However, this place never disappoints. The staff here are always very friendly and the barista work really fast and produce quality beverages.
Couple times I order off the menu drinks and they were able to produce it tasting exactly how I wanted it to be.
Here is two example of what I meant:
Butterbeer Latte (harry potter universal drink) - grande size, contains 2 pump of caramel syrup, 2 pumps of toffee nut syrup, 2 pumps of Cinnamon Dolce syrup, whole milk steamed, whipped cream and chocolate of caramel bits, 2 espresso shots. (tasted exactly like the butterbeer in Universal Studios but a hot and caffeinated version)
Matcha & Espresso Fusion (grande size) - scoop of matcha powder mixed with water, add ice, coconut milk and 2 affogato shots. Not only does this looks visually pleasant it also taste awesome. It was tricky for the barista to make it as they never done something like this before, but this place is always willing to try new drink and it came out perfectly.

Read moreI’ve tried to get coffee here twice in the past two months. Both times they were totally disorganized, wasting a great deal of my time..
First time, i mobile ordered a brewed coffee with milk. Super simple, right? Cashier says it’s coming. I wait. Several people who ordered after me get theirs. 15 minutes pass. Finally, cashier looks around. They’ve put it at the drive thru pickup window accidentally - it was made the whole time.
Second time, i webt to the cash and bought some gift certificates. Told cashier if already mobile ordered my coffee. My estimated wait was 6 minutes when i ordered. 17 minutes pass. It was a slow day - five customers came in during that time; all got their drinks promptly. Finally a staff member approaches me. “Oh, are you here for the venti pour over? I’m about to start it now. It’ll only take maybe five minutes” They hadn’t even started it after nearly 20 minutes. By this time, I was worried about being late for an appointment, so i got a refund - and almost 30 minutes of...
